    I had Don's Garage door help me out with my garage. Kyle was on time, and performed a tune up on my garage door, something that probably hadn't happened since my house was built in 2007. He noticed a few issues and explained everything to me to help make an informed decision on how to proceed. I ended up with a new spring and rollers, and Kyle was able to take care of that quickly! At the end, he walked me through the changes. I'm thankful he wasn't pushy about anything, and didn't try to upsell me. Thanks! I'd highly recommend Don's Garage Door to anyone!

    This company and their technician Andres were absolutely the best! I called on a weekend morning after hearing a loud crash from my garage. My door would not work and I could not figure out why. In a panic, I called A-1, and their phone agent, Rose, was friendly and professional and was able to set a service appointment the same day, which was a relief. When Andres arrived, he knew immediately what the problem was. Even though it called for some major parts replacements, he assured me he could repair it on the spot. He did a great job, not only with the repair, but explaining the costs in detail. The pricing was reasonable and the service outstanding. I am happy to have found A-1 and would highly recommend them as the first choice for garage door repair.

    Tiger could not have been more professional, informative, and kind. He took his time to explain all my options and answer all my questions.     I knew my garage door was not operating efficiently so called A1 and Brandon was out the next day. He recommended new springs, cables, hinges and a new opener since mine was 19 years old and starting to go. Brandon was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The cost was more than I expected but the opener is top of the line and the work is done. Shouldn’t need any repairs for a long time.

    Cameron did a great job repairing our garage door. He was very professional and we are glad he fixed the spring as well as a few other things while he already had it off.     My experience with A1 was very good. My garage door needed repairs and Manny did an incredible job. He showed me the worn out parts and how he was going to replace them.     Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
