We had Devonte come out today and he was remarkable! Explained all the options available with new openers and let us decide which one we wanted. His workmanship was outstanding and he helped us program the opener to our cars. Should I need future service, I will definitely ask for Devonte. He was training another person (Adam) and took his time in explaining everything to him so he understood. I would definitely remind A1 Garage Doors. Thank you for the great service!!

Devonte R was very professional, patient and polite and walked me through everything. His inspection and repair was top notch. Every year for 5 yrs in a row the torsion spring has snapped on my garage and not from over use either. I will never go back to Omaha Door for garage door repair. Ricky L. Was awesome. He is the reason this place got a 5 star rating which is exceedingly RARE for me to give out.He showed up on time(actually they called us to let us know 20 minutes before Ricky showed up).We discussed different options and then Ricky let me be creative because we were dealing with different issues. His flexibility was outstanding.Then the project was completed and he walked us through everything he did and inspected.The price is a bit higher than others but there is a reason why. I felt comfortable knowing Ricky did a great job for my peace of mind.

Devonta R. truly has gone above & beyond in his recent service to repair my garage door. Not only was he friendly, he took the time & effort to help me understand what was wrong with the garage and what it would entail to get it back up & running. Very professional. Took the time to explain all the issues at hand and the options I had. No pressure to pick an option, just fully explained the options in great detail. Very knowledgeable in garage door springs, openers and what a door should do. I didn’t know the doors were to be balanced at the various levels.Once completed, the entire door, motor system was looked over and some tips to keep the system in tip top shape were provided. Excellent service. I will call if my other door breaks. Well done. Do not let Devinte ever leave . He was great!!!

Ricky was a genuinely nice guy. Our garage ended up having more problems than we expected, but he was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was extremely flexible working with our schedules. Even when it meant squeezing us in his busy schedule to come back to finish the job. HIGHLY recommend!

Devonte came out today to go over my options with replacing a garage door and motor. He spent time explaining all my options and even fixed my door that would not open so that I could at least open the door manually since the cord broke on one side and was not able to open garage door at all. I was able to customize the project to fit my budget without giving up on quality. Definitely would give them a call to see what they can do for your next project.

Jeff V our installer did a great job. Explained allSteps of installation. When found out that the manufacturer did not complete door to specifications, he reviewed steps to install wrong size door now & replacing wrong panel later or just doing motor today & door later when made to correct specifications door is ready. He gave pros & cons of each & honest on possible time to get correct door panel. Very transparent & I appreciated this so I could make an informed decision. Gave good, thorough instructions on how to use new door opener. Very knowledgeable. I wound like to request him to be our installer when our correct door size is ready. Thank you, Jeff.

Ricky did a great job installing our new garage door opener and accessories. He was professional and courteous. I’m giving 4 stars due to some paperwork issues (not caused by Ricky). Ricky is a 5 star representative/technician all the way! I will also mention Harris at the Phoenix call center, he was very polite and helpful on the front end when we first inquired with A1 and also on the back end in helping us with the paperwork issues we had. Another 5 star employee indeed. Only doing 4 stars just because the paperwork issues shouldn’t have happened. I will recommend A1 to others in the future.

My wife called at 8:00am to see about having our garage door repaired (fell off rails/wouldn't close) during 5 degree weather and the technician (Ricky) showed up at 10:00am the same day. A1 Garage Door:Easy to set an appointment. Go to their site and input your information (follow the easy questions and provide a detail of your repair). You'll immediately receive a text message and email confirming receipt of your service request.During the window of when your Technician will report, you'll receive a phone call from the Tech and another text/email that they're on the way. In addition you get a brief summary of your Tech. Once the Tech is complete you'll receive a final message following up on your service.Durig the service call, the Tech will assess the repair and will pull up the associated costs for the repair (replace springs, cables, brackets, etc). The Tech will always show you the cost and only proceed once you concur/sign their handheld tablet. They take cash, check, credit/debit cards.Our service Tech performed the work in an efficient manner and always kept me in the loop if there was another recommendation for a repair and I approved. Great customer service and the Tech was very knowledgeable and up front with everything. I would highly recommend A1 for your garage door installation or service. I have not purchased this yet but they have a maintenance program (Worry Free Club) as well where you pay a monthly fee and get discounts on future repairs/service and preventative maintenance program along with emergency service.

Excellent service. Snapped a double door spring on a Sunday night & they were able to squeeze me in and had me taken care of by lunch the next day. We had a pleasant experience with our installer Devonte who was friendly and personable. He did a great job with the installation. The cost of the new opener was more than we budgeted but glad we went through with it. The new opener is almost silent compared to our old junk opener. We are excited for this upgrade. Called A1 Garage Door Service due to a broken spring in my garage door. A1 was able to get a technician out the very next day. 🙏 I want to thank A1 Garage Door Service, and especially their Technician, Devonta Antonio Roberson, for the excellent and fast service we received. The service call was initiated because of a broken cable to a spring. Upon inspection it was determined that the spring retraction system was old, weak and outdated in a house built in 1980! A new 'coil spring' system was installed rapidly, and at a reasonable price. Several payment plans were offered, and the entire transaction and installation was handled in a pleasant, professional manner! Technician Roberson was extremely professionally and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him and A1 Garage Door Service, and will call them again when needed!

My garage door needed a general inspection and lubrication and the rollers were getting rusty and noisy. Had the door lubricated and the rollers replaced. Amazed at how quietly it operates now. They were very professional. Our door even arrived a few weeks earlier than promised. Luis arrived on time to install our new garage door and opener. He got right to work and when he finished he cleaned everything up including the leaves and dirt that was already in the garage. He took the time to set the app up on my phone for the opener and then walked me through how to us it and to know where to look on the wall unit if for some reason there would be an error code. I will definitely recommend them and feel it was money well spent.

Had one of my cables rust and couldn't raise the garage door. A1 garage sent someone out right away. Jeese was very knowledgeable and professional. The inspection was a nice feature. He was even able to hook me up with some new springs ( ones that are actually strong enough to support more of the load).My door weighed 35 lbs prior to getting new springs! I no longer hear any grinding or whining when the door opens.Very satisfied.
