Service tech Kyle was friendly and educational with what to do if power goes out and helped setup equipment for Wi-Fi use …made sure garage was working properly and I knew how to work garage before leaving residence. Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in fixing the spring on my garage door, which had been out of commission for a year. He provided three options and explained the different packages thoroughly, as well as the maintenance plan and completed the job within an hour. CLT Kyle did a superb job repairing our garage door. He was extremely thorough, and explained each phase of his repair and subsequent inspection. He also corrected a few errors made at installation by the developer and the door has not worked this well since we moved in a year and a half ago. He was on time, called ahead and was a most pleasant young man. I will recommend A1 to anyone- - primarily due to the quality of CLT Kyles workmanship. A1 Garage Door service is a great company to have do any work on your Garage door!My spring broke and the very next day they sent out Technician Mark H. He gave me a text letting know he was on his way. Then a phone call at 30 minutes out... he even offered to pick up coffee on his way for both of us!When he arrived he gave me a total check list of everything that needed attention. We agreed on the scope of work and he proceeded to get everything done. He had all the parts on the truck and no waiting for him to order parts and come back another day!When he was done with the whole job he took the time to explain everything in detail and asked if I had any questions at all.This company is wonderful, and Mark was very knowledgeable, informative and great to work with!

Best experience ever! I called to request assistance today at 1pm, and had a tech on the way right when I was able to get hime. Kyle was on point. From working with me to accommodate my arrival time after work, explaining everything about my garage door, what needed to be fixed/replaced, and what can be improved to make it better and more silent, every bit of our interaction was phenomenal. The recommendations were given in a way that were very clear and not at all pushy, and he was very understanding on what I currently needed vs what I will consider in the future. I feel very confident on the assistance and service he provided, and I'm looking forward to eventually get all the suggestions to improve my garage on the long run. After trying to achieve World Class service for 45 years of my career, I have actually run into a company that has it. 4 Seasons level customer service in the garage repair field? Whaaaat? From the initial call into voice mail on Saturday through 5 star service on Sunday, the experience was amazing. Usually my reviews are short and to the point but this deserves more. The initial greeting and subsequent call back was engaging, warm to the point I wanted to do business with them. I asked the young woman on the phone why she was so happy and she said “I love my job”. Scheduling was a breeze. Mike H., the lead technician, was training a gentleman and his style and communication with his trainee and me was amazing. Great skill and explained everything perfectly. They both said to me “I love my job”! He explained the training process and center they have in AZ. For a company started in 2005, these guys have built an amazing culture and I haven’t found a better service organization EVER. No, I am not related and yes, I highly recommend A1 garage. Read my other reviews and you will see I call it as I see it.

We had an issue on June 26, 2022, with our garage spring breaking and unfortunately our car was held hostage. We began researching online for a garage service company. We found a YouTube video and website of your company (A1 Garage Door Service) and were completely blown away at all that you service, size of your facility, 24/7 hours of operation, and your mission statement of ensuring quality care for customers.We called and were able to secure an appointment quickly.Your technician, Mark, contacted us with his name, picture and arrival time. This was greatly appreciated and very professional.Mark and Angelo arrived and Mark explained thoroughly about the garage springs, all the other components and services you offer for monthly maintenance. We were very impressed with Marks knowledge of all aspects of garages and how it was great seeing that your company puts importance in a future technician (Angelo) shadowing to become knowledgeable about your company and services. Angelo was very professional. Together they were a great team!! We enjoyed talking with them and they both made time to answer any questions we had. Had Cannan over to replace both springs on my mother's garage door and we couldn't have asked for better service. Friendly with the dog, polite to both of us, and very clearly knew what he was doing. This company had the absolute BEST customer service! Their tech Thomas D. was fantastic. He not only explained and showed us everything that wasn't functioning properly he explained why. I learned some great preventative actions as well so that we can maintain our new parts on our door as well. If you need anything related to garage doors call these folks. I have to say that Cam who answered the phone to set up the appointment, was genuinely easy to deal with and make things happen quickly. The experience with A1 garage door was positive all around. I first called another company that never called back. A1 answered right away, the person who took my info was super pleasant and easy to work with. They gave me a window of 1-6. Thomas texted and called when he was 30 minutes away which was super nice since I was working from home and trying to plan in between meetings. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me the evidence so I didn't feel bamboozled. Had the door fixed in fair amount of time. Door spring broke on Sunday evening. I immediately called A1 after they were third 24/7 repair business that came up on google search. I needed door repaired that night. Technician arrived within 30 minutes! Gave a few options for repairs. Reasonably priced. Before you know it he was done with repairs. Very efficient. Even adjusted the drive chain too. I would definitely use this company for garage door services in the future and recommend them

After purchasing our house in Q3 2021, we realized that our garage door and its opener were not really in the best condition and needed a tune-up and inspection. I found out about A1 Garage Door Service in a promotional mailer, and schedule time for them to come out and look at our door. Their level of customer service is exemplary: from an efficient scheduling process to an amazing associate in Thomas, who did our service call.During the entire servicing time, Thomas NEVER ever pressured us on sales, and took the time to walk me through on all the mechanisms of my garage door (and opener), explained me all the different parts he looked through during inspection process, and even replaced a outdoor key code opener because this company ensures that ALL of their trucks have everything needed for their associates (a win given the 2021 supply chain crunch).All in all, reasonably priced and with great customer service, I will definitely be looking to them to replace my 10+ year old garage door in the near future.

Mark was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My garage broke during Thanksgiving holiday and I received a call prior to 8 am arrival which eased my mind that repair was possible. Mark advised that everything needed was available on their truck and it would only take 2 hours. I appreciated the prompt and reliable service so I did not have to contact another service provider. Thomas Dukatz did a superb job of replacing my torsion springs, as well as bearing end plates. I submitted the request online early morning, and he was here by 830am, all parts were on his truck. Tripp called to give me an estimated time of arrive and was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost estimate and immediately began work to install a new spring mechanism. Upon completion of the install he made adjustments to the drive system, lubricated the garage door and gave me a final operational approval. He offered but did not pressure me into a new drive system. Very professional service.

Great service - I certainly spent more than I planned to but man what a difference. Josh was awesome. I now have the Cadillac of garage door openers and new heavy duty long lasting springs. He came in - did the work (same day) and it came out wonderfully. Yes it was a bit expensive but I do have a nice lifetime warranty. A little sticker shock yesterday - but my wife noticed and mentioned this morning that the operation of the door was so much better and quieter. And the new features - better lights, video and notifications are a nice plus. Very happy customer.

A1 GarageBy far the best customer Service I have received in ages!I reached out for same day service. The person that booked the appointment did everything to see if I could be fit in same day. Unfortunately there weren’t any openings in the schedule, but the call was very courteous and the lady was very patient with me, even with my sense of urgency. I was scheduled 1st thing the next morning. The person rendering the service called about 25 minutes prior to my appointment, and was there at the top of my appointment time window. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was also informed of services available to maintain my garage door and the proper weight the door should be. Every interaction with this business was pleasant, and I will recommend them to my friends and family for all garage service needs.

When closing our 23 year old garage door last week, it came off the track on one side and the whole thing was bending. The track was bent and we thought we needed a whole new door. Josh came to help us, beefing the track, springs, etc. Our garage door has NEVER run so quietly!! Josh was great to work with. He is very personable! Josh saved us a lot of money, too! He cares about helping his customers! Josh is honest. He could have told us we need a new door and we would have done that, but instead he said, "I can save this door!" I trust Josh's judgment. This review is more about Rory Hardridge and the work ethics he brings. I'm glad to see A1 supporting Rory in giving exceptional service to customers.My garage door was giving me some trouble but was still working. I called A1 for my yearly tune up and Rory showed up on time to tune my garage doors.When he got done, my garage door opener seized up and it wouldn't work anymore. Rory agreed that it was working when he showed up and all his troubleshooting took him nowhere. He called corporate office and got me approved for a new garage door opener at no cost. WHAT! I don't think I have ever gotten such good and honest service.He installed the new opener, light, configured the clickers and left me a totally happy and satisfied customer. I will absolutely be thinking of Rory when I need another opener/springs/any garage door service.I hope he doesn't mind me putting his phone and email on here. Absolutely solid guy! Thanks man.

Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
