Excellent customer service. Jacob and Mario came out today and were a pleasure to work with even in 115 degree temps. They called before they arrived to offer me a cup of coffee. Very thorough in their inspection, and clearly explained the issues we were having with our garage door and why our garage door opener’s motor had failed. Highly recommended.

We've used this company I think a total of 4 times now. Twice at our old house, and then we just had them out for a second time at the new house today. Last time I did a Yelp review so I figured I'd give them a Google one this time. We had called them out in February to install an opener we had bought from Home Depot (do not attempt to use Home Depot's installation service. Ever. Just trust me) and the service tech actually recommended a different opener that was actually way better for pretty much the same price we paid for the other one (plus the install obviously). Then just today we had a whole brand new door installed. The tech today called me when he was 30 minutes away, and when he got to the house he went right to work. It took a while because it was just the one guy, but I had nowhere to go today (plus it's like 150 degrees outside!) I unfortunately can't remember his name but he did an excellent job and our new door looks great! Since we now have a brand new door, track, wheels, opener and all that I am hoping we WON'T have to call them out again. But I'm for sure recommending them to everyone!

Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars!!! Spring pad on the garage door broke, sending screws, wood, and nails flying and leaving the garage door half open with the torsion spring on the outside of the door. Terrified to touch it, I called A1 after reading their reviews. They were able to dispatch a tech within an hour of calling at 11 o'clock at night. They sent a text to let me know the tech was on their way that included a photo of the tech and brief bio so I would know who to expect and a link to see how far away he was. Danny, the tech, was INCREDIBLE! He showed up, mask on and was patient, polite and incredibly knowledgeable! He was able to explain what had caused the problem, and not only did he know what needed to be done to fix it- he had all the parts on his truck to do it!!! The garage door is now fixed, and safe thanks to Danny and A1! HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY garage door needs- regardless of what time of day or night it may be. Their 24 hour service got my attention and call, but their excellency in customer service has gained a lifelong customer.

A1 Garage Door Service recently responded to my emergency call when my garage door folded in half. The first technician to respond was Jason. Besides being such a pleasant person, when he set about working to secure my garage door until a permanent replacement could be done, it was very obvious that he knew what he was doing and was very, very good at it. To say he worked quite hard is an understatement. In a about 3 hours, he had the old garage door back in place and secured until a new one could be installed. Thank you Jason for your hard work taking care of my problem.I should interject here that between getting my old door secured and the arrival of the new door, A1 Garage Door Service kept me informed as to how long it would take and when I could expect the new door. Keeping your customers updated about their work order goes along way to establishing a great working relationship between the company and the customer. Thank you A1 for doing so. It was greatly appreciated.When my new door did arrive and an appointment established for its installation, A1 Technician Ryan was dispatched to complete the job. Once again, A1's installation technician, Ryan, proved to be as affable and skilled as Jason. He was able to install the new door and have it operational much quicker than I had expected. Thank you Ryan for your professionalism and expertise. Actually, that goes for both Jason and Ryan.In summary, A1 Garage Door Service proved to be the kind of service provider customers can only hope for. Great job by all concerned. 5 stars is certainly deserved by this company.

I am a Realtor, and today I recommended A1 Garage Door Service for my client, though I have also used them personally. No one thinks about their garage door until it does not work. Today, my client's door failed during an inspection. NOT GOOD. An entire deal can hinge on that door being operational. I called A1 and received same day service. The scheduling staff kept us informed as to when the technician would arrive and provided a biography of that technician so we felt like we knew him before he ever arrived. Masks were worn all around, so everyone felt safe. And the door works. THANK YOU so much.

Chris fixed our garage door twice this year. Different problem each time. Both times, time of arrival well communicated and arrived as stated. Problem explained well and fixed on the spot. He is very personable as well. A-1 is a professional service I highly recommend. Thanks Chris !

The second time I have used A-1 Garage door. . I had Kyle come out and he was honest and showed me the best options for my garage door. Both technicians I have had come out, were clean cut good guys. He didn’t try to over sell me but gave me the best options for my house. He gave me a good deal on the price for a new door. I will continue to us them and I recommend this company to anyone for any garage door needs.

We used A-1 last year to fix our garage door opening and were pleased, so we called them again to repair one of the springs that broke (they replaced both). We are happy with the work. There was an issue with what we were charged, but Angela listened to me, researched the issue, and took care of the situation to my satisfaction. This company offers senior and military discounts, and sometimes they have coupons that discount the service. So be sure to ask about those when you call for a quote. We will definitely use them again in the future, should the need arise.

I shopped around for a few days before choosing a garage door service. I am so very pleased with A1 and the products and white glove service they offer! During the initial call I had mentioned that many of their competitors were unable to perform on-site quotes due to the pandemic and that the quotes were kinda all over the place. I was immediately informed by the fact that they are doing on-site quoting and even price match where possible. Yes!So Scott and a gentleman in training came out (both were really polite and so knowledgeable) and surveyed my current garage door and parts. We agreed on a plan (Scott said we could use my existing door as it just needed some TLC) and price and then to my surprise - they were able to knock it out right then and there! Scott helped me understand my options for openers and what he thought would he could do to reinforce my existing door, and any upgrades that I might be interested in. I'm of course all about the technology so I opted in for the upgraded opener.Overall super pleased with the entire experience and they came in almost 30% cheaper than all of the quotes I had gathered up. Oh and they both practiced social distancing and wore appropriate face protection. Thank you A1 team, I'll definitely recommend you amongst my network. Stay safe out there!

I've used A1 a couple times and each time they have been prompt or early and actually it was the same person 5 years later. Usually that means it's a good company to work for if the tech is still there years later.The quality of work is excellent and I plan on using them whenever I have an issue.

A1 Garage Doors were amazing. We had a hung door and scheduled an emergency call. Intake call was courteous, efficient and exactly what I needed to hear to get it scheduled fast. They sent a full description of the technician with a picture which is awesome!Chris L was in constant communication before his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He clearly has plenty of experience and was superb all the way from start to finish all while doing this in 100 plus degree heat. We love the service and highly recommend Chris and A1 Garage Door

Great service! Cody our technician was very friendly, knowledgeable. Took care of our noisy garage and tune up.  Bruce the manager was professional and provided service warranty. Chris is by far the BEST. He was very thorough in both assessing my garage door and explaining his findings. Wasn’t quick to try to sell me anything either, which is why I plan to purchase my new motor from this establishment. I can honestly say, this has been the best experience I’ve had with garage door specialists since moving to Arizona 3 years ago.

Tiger Shaw was our tech and was so great to us. Very courteous and patient with us. He had our best interest in mind and did not try to rip us off by getting us to replace unnecessary parts. He even called and got us a better deal. Great service from Tiger and the customer service reps too.

I always do a lot of research before buying anything or getting service from a company. A1 Garage Door Service did not disappoint. They stocked the opener I wanted unlike other companies I contacted. The technician that came to my house was Chris. He was outstanding! He was very friendly and professional. I had a few questions and he was very knowledgeable and he answered every question I had. I will probably be replacing my entire garage door in the future and will definitely be contacting A1 Garage Door Service.

When the time came for garage door repair, we contacted A1 because of several word-of mouth reviews. They were awesome! Scott was very helpful and he and his assistant explained the options and what could be done. I love these guys! Scott, Eric, Josh and Jacob - they were terrific! Talk about a professional looking crew! They were here at the end of the day, yet they all still looked super polished. They were so friendly and professional and explained what needed to be done. High quality work done by high-quality guys. From start to finish 5 STARS! Corey came out to give an estimate to replace my tired 1980's steel door and was able to meet my budget. He was prompt and friendly and made us feel at ease. Install day came and Justin and Dakota arrived to remove and haul old door and install my new door. Both techs were friendly and professional. Their work was accurate and fast. They fully explained the parts and functions of the new automatic door and how to download the app for the new motor. Great guys with a great sense of humor and they even cleaned up the area better than how they'd found it. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for a fast and beautiful job!

A1 Garage Door Service sent me two well-qualified service technicians, Steve and Dakota, to overhaul my antiquated single car garage door operating system. Steve especially, took his time communicating to me a number of mechanical options...no sales pressuring. For my future safety, I chose to go the overhaul route. Steve kept me informed, as needed, during repair/replacement. My overhaul was not a simple/easy undertaking. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result. Definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ performance!
