Amazing!!! Set up the appointment on line at midnight and the tech was at my house at 8:00am sharp. The tech, Nate, was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. By 10:30am Nate was done and my garage door was up and operational again. Just a huge relief that they were able to fix it and in such a short time frame was a great bonus. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Amazing service. Our garage door operator motor conked out. We called the night before and scheduled a morning appointment for the next day.Brandon showed up with different options for replacement of the motor unit.Brandon was one of the nicest respectful service people we’ve encountered. A true professional. He had not only replacement equipment but sophisticated equipment to install the new unit properly. I never knew a garage door could be so quiet when opening and closing.Brandon was meticulous and also cleaned up after the install.He not only programmed our key pad but also our autos so we were back to normal in less than 2 hours.I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company for any garage door needs.Thank you!

The experience was good although I wasn’t expecting to invest in something new. Initial thought was for repairs to be made, not really planning to replace the whole garage door. But, things were explained so that it made sense to go ahead with the project. If anything, it will help should we decide at some point to sell the house. Dan explained things well for us and the process was easy to understand and signing was also completed successfully. Thank you A1 for coming through for us as we look forward to this new look and experienceUpdate!The experience with Matt was excellent. He came in early in the morning, explained the process he would be using the remove the old door and materials and went ahead with installing the new door and making sure everything was done accurately and with excellence. We are really happy with the new look the replacement door adds to the house. Matt did an awesome job! Thank you! .

Cameron was amazing!!! After dealing with 2 different companies (first company put the door in - did not put the correct springs in, hence the issues and caused some damage), second company (fixed one issue but ended up being more. The quote for the second items seemed high). I decided to reset and try a different company. A1 Garage Door Service had excellent reviews so gave them a shot and so glad I did. New springs and end plates were needed which was expensive, but Cameron applied a coupon which helped. He walked me through everything to make sure I understood and was sure to leave his business card in case I had any other questions. I would definitely use A1 again and highly recommend.

Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
