Very nice to work with. Our install tech (Caesar) was on time, polite and obviously a master installer. Our garage door was a complete mess and when he was through we could not be happier with the job. The door seals completely when shut. Caesar also went completely through the operation of the door how it works with the options were even programmed my homelink in my car. The home office was a little bit behind the ball on communicating status of when the door came in but that would be the only least bit of a complaint that I have. I would recommend this company to family and friends not necessarily the cheapest that I came across but they seem to have done a very good job and we are happy with the finished product.

Armad went above and beyond to make sure my tune up went smoothly. It would’ve been nice for someone to let me know in advance that there was a shop fee going to be added to the tuneup price before I agreed to the tuneup. I don’t like surprises! Other than that, everything was great!

Our door was ready to be installed faster than expected and the fact Cesar came alone and finished the job all by himself was extraordinary, especially in this heat we've been having. Cesar kept me up to date throughout the installation, cleaned up and walked me through everything that was installed.Armad was polite, knowledgeable, showed empathy and compassion and throughout the entire consultation he broke down every step and what was needed to move on to the next. He took all the time needed to find out what we needed and gave us a run down of our options. Christian came out and fixed our garage door AFTER HOURS and made the garage door even better than it was before. And this was a supposedly new door. I guess they didn’t hire the right man for the job, it was a different company. Thank Goodness Christian came out and now It looks like nothing was ever wrong with our door and he has EXCELLENT people skills. Very professional and friendly. I wanted to take a minute to comment on the excellent attention and service I have received from A1 Garage Door Service so far! Yesterday after 3:30 my garage door came off its track. I called a couple of places, and A1 said that they could get out here today! Their willingness to acknowledge my problem and empathize with my situation was awesome! So they came earlier than planned (which was great!). Bobby Jones was the technician on the job! What a personality! He was kind, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be helpful. My dog escaped while he was here, and he even tried to help me with her! I don’t have my appointment scheduled for installation yet, but I’m looking forward to meeting the rest of the team! I’m super impressed with the entire process so far, and I was actually pleased with the price. No high-pressure tactics used here!Also, I wanted to compliment the man who took my order and went over pricing with me. His name is Leonard. He was very thorough and polite. I appreciated his attention to detail.

Absolutely incredible service! I highly recommend them! I had Christian and Bobby at my house to install a door opener, but ended up getting new springs as well. The original tech was Christian V., who is seriously one of the nicest and most professional people you will ever meet! Since I needed more parts, he called Bobby to drop off a part, but when Bobby got there, he decided to stay and help out with the job, even though he didn't have too! Bobby was also extremely nice and professional! Seriously, I have not worked with a company in so long that was this professional and nice, along with decent pricing! Already told my family about the great job they did and they are going to be calling them for work soon too! Overall, if you need anything done with your garage, this is definitely the company to call, we will be using them for now on.

James was very helpful in explaining the extent of the damage done to my garage door. He showed me three options to chose from and worked with me in meeting my desired goal. He was very polite and professional in doing so. Although it cost a lot more than I had expected, James helped me to understand the issues that needed to be considered so that I would not have to deal with more expenses in the future. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him and your company to my friends.

Really enjoyed the fact that they arrived in a timely manner, were very friendly and professional. Also, Bobby took the time to explain what he did and offered suggestions on further future work that could be taken when ready. No pushy sales. So I called A1 when I first purchased my home because my garage opener went out. Armad came and went over my different options. He wasn’t pushy when I let him know I would have to wait. I was so impressed when I was finally ready to get my garage opener , I called and requested him. A1 was able to schedule me fast and Armad quickly got me up and running. You can tell he takes pride and knowledgeable in his field. 10/10 would recommend company and tech.

After talking to A1 Garage Services on the phone they were able to schedule an appointment to set up my garage door opener within days. James was my tech and he did an amazing job. He thoroughly explained everything to me as he did the installation. He made the app setup and panel programming a breeze. Our tech Alex was easy to talk to and was able to diagnose the primary issue but on inspection some safety concerns as well. He used actual measurements to explain the issues. No pressure to up-sell and put together a quote that considered our budget.The install went smoothly and and he had all the parts needed to perform same day service.I’d recommend Alex and A-1to anyone!

My experience with my technicians, Alex A. and Joe was the highlight of my day. Alex did a remarkable job explaining the service to me in a manner that I could truly understand. He was so sure to detail the process and not just come and do the work and leave. And because the visit was also a training event Alex and Joe did the job effortlessly. I called for a spring replacement but ended up getting more….but, it was necessary. I have had a spring replaced in the past and I don’t realize the previous guy got a little too excited and caused some damage to the rod. Armad was thorough in finding out the cause of the spring failure and ways to make my garage door run more efficient. Anyhow, I pulled the trigger and corrected the problem and reasons. The warranty justifies the cost and I feel a sense of relief knowing labor is covered for future repairs.

A1 responded quickly and efficiently to our service request. An appointment was scheduled within a couple of days of our request. The service technician, Alex Andrews, arrived on time, as promised, with information about Alex provided by both text and email prior to his arrival. Alex was very professional and went above and beyond what was expected. He fixed our issue, balanced and tested our systems, and provide suggestions and feedback about our garage doors and opener systems. Alex was impressive in his knowledge, his customer service attitude and his professionalism. I do not think you can have a better representative of your company than Alex. Scheduled online and received email and text confirmation very quickly. Armad came out and is amazing. He is a highly skilled technician that is also very kind and caring - he delivered great customer service! He was wonderful with helping me determine if I wanted to repair or replace my garage doors. He was very informative, super patient with ALL my questions, and willing to go above and beyond in facilitating the conversation for me with his sales team. (Normally the customer talks directly with them, but I was trying to work from home and asked him to relay my questions and requests on my behalf.) He even worked it out where he could do half the job immediately. He worked quickly and cleaned up so meticulously there was no trace of his work left behind (besides my super quiet and buttery smooth garage door). Can’t wait to get my other one fixed. Highly recommend this company!

After trying to do a self repair and Sunday home project…I called A1 Garage Door Service. The receptionist was incredibly nice and she was able to schedule me quickly. Rudy I. was super friendly and took on the challenge of my Lowe’s purchased Craftsman chain garage door opener. 😆 He obviously loves what he does and prides himself in his work and craftsmanship. I obviously needed a garage door, called them up same day they came out and looked and gave estimate, told us the eta to install, unfortunately they had some issues, had to reschedule install. Then they tried to reschedule again, due to over booking. Luckily they were able to come and do the job today. Fast instal by Jimmy, he did a wonderful job! The only critique I have is they need to work on customer communication. Good job guys.
