Roger Krause exemplified amazing customer service. My wife’s car was stuck in the garage for couple days because of the garage spring that snapped in half. Roger came and fixed it in timely manner he was very professional. I’ve read reviews on how some people pressure you to buy more products and get everything fixed that is not necessary. Roger was not one of them guys. Yes he recognized and advised us about some stuff that needed to be fixed but he never pressured us to get it fixed right away. I would highly recommend A1 garage.

Tony the technician was very good. He was able to get my garage door working. The downside has nothing to do with him. When I scheduled I told the dispatcher it was a 12-14’tall door at my homes extra garage. They sent the tech out without any ladder. He used mine and on my trailer to get him up higher and more comfortable. I am happy he was able to rerun the cables and reset the tension on the springs. The down side was the pricing. $450 in labor for 1.5 hours of work using some of my things (ladder and trailer). When I called and asked about it after he was done and left I was told because it was a “commercial door”. This was up front with the dispatcher of the height and at a residence. Sending the tech out without the right stuff disappointing. Tony almost had to reschedule but was able to get it done while there. Again I appreciated his work to get it done while there. I was told this door does not follow their typical hourly rate. $300 a hour rate is ridiculous for this door. Again Tony great job, dispatching was unprepared for the job.

Brian did an outstanding job fixing my garage door! He gave me options & was fair with the pricing. He was pleasant & very knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done. He explained the pros & cons of each option & let me chose what was within the budget. The door looks & works perfect! He turned a bad situation around for me as someone pet sitting for me hit my door by an accident. Since she was responsible for paying for the repair she thanks you as well! You made two people happy! I already gave his info out to a friend.Now Noel came out to replace a garage door opener! He was absolutely fantastic as well! The service was quick which I needed & I am happy with his excellent service. The tech, Cameron, was very friendly and professional. Was actually early. Scheduling was pretty quick. It is a call center type process but was very efficient. Was one of the highest quotes though. Just didn’t have time to wait a day and they could get to it. So I paid a nice premium.

Really appreciate the text with the techs picture and brief bio day of appt. Nice to know who is coming in advance! Josh explained the mechanics of the door system and demonstrated why certain parts should be considered for proactive replacement. There was no pressure, just information for consideration. Josh addressed and solved my concern in a timely and professional manner. I recommend A1 Garage Door Service!

One of two doors were completed! The installation was awesome! Works perfectly! Waiting to get a framer over for the other, as we had termite damage. Anxious to get it done. I highly recommend A-1, especially for Zak and Chris the installers!

Aaron was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and worked with me to get a plan I was comfortable with. He also was quick and knowledgeable. My new door will be installed in a few days, instead of having to wait several weeks. Excellent service 😊

Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
