Would highly recommend Henry Hauk! Super smart, knowledge professional who took pride in his work. Didn't try to oversell us but educated us on the hazards and do's and don'ts of trying to DIY our own issue. Get the warranty! I called 3 other companies and waited 4 days for a callback and never got one. Big plus is they came out same day with parts in hand ready to fix the issue. Great company!

Very nice to work with. Our install tech (Caesar) was on time, polite and obviously a master installer. Our garage door was a complete mess and when he was through we could not be happier with the job. The door seals completely when shut. Caesar also went completely through the operation of the door how it works with the options were even programmed my homelink in my car. The home office was a little bit behind the ball on communicating status of when the door came in but that would be the only least bit of a complaint that I have. I would recommend this company to family and friends not necessarily the cheapest that I came across but they seem to have done a very good job and we are happy with the finished product.

Our door was ready to be installed faster than expected and the fact Cesar came alone and finished the job all by himself was extraordinary, especially in this heat we've been having. Christian came out and fixed our garage door AFTER HOURS and made the garage door even better than it was before. And this was a supposedly new door. I guess they didn’t hire the right man for the job, it was a different company. I wanted to take a minute to comment on the excellent attention and service I have received from A1 Garage Door Service so far! Yesterday after 3:30 my garage door came off its track. I called a couple of places, and A1 said that they could get out here today! Their willingness to acknowledge my problem and empathize with my situation was awesome! So they came earlier than planned (which was great!). Bobby Jones was the technician on the job! What a personality! He was kind, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be helpful. My dog escaped while he was here, and he even tried to help me with her! I don’t have my appointment scheduled for installation yet, but I’m looking forward to meeting the rest of the team! I’m super impressed with the entire process so far, and I was actually pleased with the price. No high-pressure tactics used here!Also, I wanted to compliment the man who took my order and went over pricing with me. His name is Leonard. He was very thorough and polite. Absolutely incredible service! I highly recommend them! I had Christian and Bobby at my house to install a door opener, but ended up getting new springs as well. The original tech was Christian V., who is seriously one of the nicest and most professional people you will ever meet! Since I needed more parts, he called Bobby to drop off a part, but when Bobby got there, he decided to stay and help out with the job, even though he didn't have too! Bobby was also extremely nice and professional! Seriously, I have not worked with a company in so long that was this professional and nice, along with decent pricing! Already told my family about the great job they did and they are going to be calling them for work soon too! Overall, if you need anything done with your garage, this is definitely the company to call, we will be using them for now on.

So I called A1 when I first purchased my home because my garage opener went out. Armad came and went over my different options. He wasn’t pushy when I let him know I would have to wait. I called for a spring replacement but ended up getting more….but, it was necessary. I have had a spring replaced in the past and I don’t realize the previous guy got a little too excited and caused some damage to the rod. Armad was thorough in finding out the cause of the spring failure and ways to make my garage door run more efficient. Anyhow, I pulled the trigger and corrected the problem and reasons. The warranty justifies the cost and I feel a sense of relief knowing labor is covered for future repairs.

He is a highly skilled technician that is also very kind and caring - he delivered great customer service! He was wonderful with helping me determine if I wanted to repair or replace my garage doors. I obviously needed a garage door, called them up same day they came out and looked and gave estimate, told us the eta to install, unfortunately they had some issues, had to reschedule install. Then they tried to reschedule again, due to over booking. Luckily they were able to come and do the job today. Fast instal by Jimmy, he did a wonderful job! The only critique I have is they need to work on customer communication. Good job guys.

Amazing job A1 Garage Door Service! Chris O’Brien came and did a professional upgrade to our damaged garage door system.Chris installed new lifetime springs, rollers, and drums. He also installed new bearings and cables to complete my repair. He evaluated my existing damage system and pointed out the issues, and also which components are functioning well (and did not have to be replaced).My recommendation: It is worth getting the high end springs, rollers, and drums so you never have to change it. This is the third and LAST set thanks to Chris and A1. Chris performing his installation and evaluation was impressive. A1 hires trade experts and not just any repairmen - the tools they use are top-of-the-line.I also called the main line and Amber answered to get my positive feedback on the install. First time customer for multiple garage door opener tune ups. Greg inspected thoroughly and explained everything. He took the time to show me what repairs were needed. He even saved the old parts to show my husband. I have never had such a great experience with a garage door technician! His customer service skills are impeccable. Kevin P. was 1 1/2 hours late which is not really his fault but a problem with your dispatch system - you are overbooking your techs so you need more techs to satisfy the schedule that you promise your customers. When he got here Kevin was very nice and conscientious in completing his work in a very competent and workmanlike manner, inviting me to observe and/or assist. The work requires more time for the guys to do competently than you are scheduling them for so they are overbooked which will ultimately lead to errors being made which is an unfair position to put them in. I would have no hesitation in requesting Kevin for any future garage door work which I may encounter. *****

We discovered our garage door wouldn’t open at 5:00 on Saturday evening. A1 sent Cameron who diagnosed the problem and was fully equipped to repair the broken spring. He was courteous and had our door working very quickly and left with instructions to call him if we had any additional problems. Very pleased with the service provided by the entire company.

Great service - I certainly spent more than I planned to but man what a difference. Josh was awesome. I now have the Cadillac of garage door openers and new heavy duty long lasting springs. He came in - did the work (same day) and it came out wonderfully. Yes it was a bit expensive but I do have a nice lifetime warranty. A little sticker shock yesterday - but my wife noticed and mentioned this morning that the operation of the door was so much better and quieter. And the new features - better lights, video and notifications are a nice plus. Very happy customer.

A1 GarageBy far the best customer Service I have received in ages!I reached out for same day service. The person that booked the appointment did everything to see if I could be fit in same day. Unfortunately there weren’t any openings in the schedule, but the call was very courteous and the lady was very patient with me, even with my sense of urgency. I was scheduled 1st thing the next morning. The person rendering the service called about 25 minutes prior to my appointment, and was there at the top of my appointment time window. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was also informed of services available to maintain my garage door and the proper weight the door should be. Every interaction with this business was pleasant, and I will recommend them to my friends and family for all garage service needs.

Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
