Great experience getting my garage door spring tensioner replaced. Got to learn better about the function of the system. Justin was very professional and was able to replace the springs at a timely manner without having to wait weeks for replacement parts. Will recommend for others for sure!

Excellent service! Very pleasant and professional. He arrived promptly, advised me on what was absolutely needed for the repair of my door, gave some extra suggestions noting they were recommended but not needed to make the door work, but explained why I might want to go ahead. There was no pressure to purchase anything that wasn't necessary. I would recommend and will use them again if anything else comes up again! I have attached my before and after pics. Amazing service. Justin came to replace our garage door opener but he took time to educate me about the whole operation of the door. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with my current set up. I got an awesome opener and updated some other components so now I know my garage door is something I don’t have to worry about!Justin was an amazing technician who did great work. He spent a lot of time with my job to make sure I was happy with the work and understood everything. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon he never rushed or acted like I was putting him out. Chad and Josh were scheduled to be here between 1 and 6 but called around 11 and were here around 30 minutes later.We were hoping our door issue was fixable but once Chad and Josh did their diagnostics we realized we were needing a new door and parts. They were here for almost 4 plus hours and were able to get our door working even better than before.Both were personable, friendly, and professional and we were most appreciative of their work and effort.We are now waiting for our new door itself which hopefully will be sooner than later and we're looking forward to having them back for the installation.Very happy with what got done and had great conversations. All our questions were answered and everything was explained to our satisfaction.We would highly recommend A1 Garage for anyone else!

Ephraim texted ahead of time to inform me he was on the way and was very timely with his arrival. Very polite and explained to me all that was going on with my door. He told me what all needed to be done, what he was going to do, as well as what else would need to be done. He also assisted me with trying to program my remotes (but there was an issue that was interfering with completion). However, he did tell me about, and helped me with, connecting to Aladdin Connect, the phone app for garages. I had never even heard of this but am so thankful to Ephraim for this bit of information. I am now able to open and close my door from my phone. He was very, very, helpful. Job well done.

Smooth process from start to finish! When I called the office, the scheduler was courteous and efficiently found a convenient time for them to send a technician. The Seth (the technician) contacted me in a timely manner the day of the service And arrived at exactly the appointed time. Gave me an estimate for one hour of repair, and was done inside of 45 minutes. Provided me with multiple options for repair and replacement and gave me prices for each. South was knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient. Excellent service!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came out and switched out both of my garage door openers, my key pad, and set up our cars to both doors. We contacted multiple garage door companies in the area. Only two responded back and A1 was the only one that acted like they actually wanted our business. The customer service rep who set up our appointment was very nice and booked us a time that worked for us. Communication from A1 was excellent. We received both text and email reminders of our appointment time. On the day of the appointment DEAN called and let us know he was a little early and on his way. He arrived right when he said he would and was very nice. He knew exactly what the issue was when he heard our garage door open. He told us about one of their motors but when we told him what it was we were looking for in our system he immediately knew of another product. We loved what the system offered and how QUIET the motor was. He had it installed quickly, answered our questions, and even helped us set it up in the app. DEAN was very nice and very knowledgeable. An all-around GREAT employee to work with.We are EXTREMELY grateful that we called A1 on the recommendation from a friend. We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend DEAN and A1.

Tech Chad was very professional, informative & personable while doing a much needed tune-up on my garage door. I am satisfied with the completed maintenance for today. However, had 1 part that was not available so Chad will be returning to complete that as well once it arrives. I stumbled onto A1 when doing a search on Google for garage door repairs. Hopefully it will be awhile down the road but I don't think I'll hesitate on being a return customer if & when that need arises. A1 is now listed in my phone contacts.

A1 performed excellent service! Chad was our technician who called to let us know he was on his way to our home. He told me he was stopping to get gas at our local convenient store and could he bring me a coffee. I was blown away over the years I have had hundreds of repairs and was never treated with as much thoughtfulness as today. He even notice I had on Proud Marine Mom shirt and thanks us for our service. Chad not only serviced our garage door, he treated us as an important part of his day! I called A1 Garage Door for a random quote along with other companies. They were able to schedule my appointment within the same week, on a weekend day without any struggles. They spent a few minutes to ask me questions regarding our needs, our existing equipment, etc. On the day of our scheduled appointment, I received a call, email and text that the service guy (Seth) was on his way and would arrive within 10 minutes.Seth arrived, asked me a few more questions, explained the options and even showed me the quoted amounts in comparison format for all of the options. He was patient, not pushy and was basically there to help with our needs. He was able to schedule an install for a later/convenient time or he could do it right then. We went forward, he had all of the product, installed, double checked, instructed and helped us set up all of the controllers, set the keypad to our requested code and cleaned up extremely well.I highly recommend A1 Garage Doors for any of the services they offer. Customer service is a priority for this company along with customer satisfaction. Seth is the best salesman I have worked with. He knows the products!

I honestly don’t take the time to review most companies. HOWEVER… This company is worth it. My wife and I had them install garage door openers for our home and they not only did an incredible job BUT… one of our doors was missing a strut for durability and Dean (one of the specialists) said he would come back out and personally make sure it was installed.Dean went above and beyond. I have to say that this group of folks had the best customer service I have ever experienced ; start to finish. They person who took me call was super friendly and worked with me very easily to book the appointment. They had me at a window that was I think from 8-1. The driver called me @ 8:15 and was at my house at 8:30. Super friendly and personable tech. Gave me my options to fix my problem and told me it's be 40 minutes to 45. He was done in 30 and explained every detail if what was done. Really great performance all around for this group. Highly recommend!

$2000+ for a set of springs(4) seems high. If it weren't for the fact that both my cars were stuck in the garage and I needed at least one out I would have called around; my neighbor who is a builder said that price seemed "higher than giraffe balls". I had no problem with the technician at all, He was prompt, courteous and did a great job in the 100+ degree garage. A manager did call me and explained the situation which I now totally understand since my garage door weighs over 500 lbs and the pandemic has created a supply chain issue for a lot of their materials. That being said, he was extremely professional and wanted to make sure I was happy. I will use them for all my future garage door problems (although hopefully not for awhile........)

I called on Sunday afternoon and talked to Bryan, I believe was his name. He was very professional, helpful and kind. Bryan scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 8:00AM to 1:00PM.The service tech called a little before 8:00AM and said he was on his way. Dean arrived and introduced himself to my husband and me. First, can I just say that I loved how professional and prompt this company is? I called at 10 a.m. in a panic for a service call, and by 10:15 someone had already sent me a confirmation email and text for my same day appointment. I was quoted a time between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. By 12:30, I recieved a call and text from Technician, Dean A. stating he was on his way.Dean came and assessed the situation and by situation I mean...I backed out of my garage and hit my door and boy, did I do some damage. (CANNOT believe I did this!) Dean gave me a quote immediately and promised to do what he could for us. Mind you, our garage door was completely down off the track. Not good! Thankfully, there wasn't significantdamage to my actual door.In less than an hour, our garage door was back up and working better than before. Dean was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. My garage door spring broke on 4/10/21 and I called A1 Garage. They scheduled a repair for 4/11. Chris was the tech and was very professional, competent and knowledgeable. Chris replaced both springs in my 2 car garage. The cost to replace 2 springs with labor was $736.00. A1 also had another option for lifetime guaranty for even more $ but I declined. I thought this was a high price to replace 2 springs but Chris assured me this was a competitive price. I did not check other prices and am hoping that is the truth.

TUL Mark 068-A was very knowledgeable and accessed the situation while keeping me informed each step of the repair process. He also kept me informed of the cost. Very informative about the overall condition of unit, including springs. Based on his testing, the 2 yr springs were starting to wear. He was ready to replace at no charge As they were still under warranty Or presented options on longer lasting springs. I chose to go with better springs. Again, very knowledgeable. These guys were simply amazing. They were so respectful, kind and caring. The job they did was so very complete with passion of doing an excellent outcome for us. We have had many people come to our home for diffrent services but these guys were second to none. They even gave me a little history of A-1 Garage Door service and spoke highly about "Tommy". Professionalism is great! Good communication. Unfortunately, they sent him with the wrong parts the first trip so we had to wait another five days so that he could finish the job with the correct parts. so far really happy with the finished product.

Charles came out 2 days before Christmas and changed out our springs. He was very professional, informative and easy to work with. Definitely knows what his doing. From start to finish our experience has been outstanding. I really appreciated the 20 min text to let me know they were coming. I’d recommend A1 to anyone, thanks you for your help.

Andrew was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He even asked me if I wanted something from the gas station he was stopping at before his arrival. I thought that was very considerate of him. This is the second time I’ve used A1 and I will definitely use them in the future. Side note, those red springs are awesome and speak for themselves when you see the difference in quality.

He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything I had questions about, and went through the entire system to confirm order accuracy. He completely removed my old door motor/panels/parts to a beautiful new door/motor system with associated remote/panel! Very fast install and highly recommend the rectangle design vs. the traditional 4 square across panels!!

Excellent service from Troy Lawson! He was able to get our questions quickly fixed and is a very great guy. He also recommended some things we needed to get fixed as well. Also, we received great customer service from other workers such as getting a same day appointment and letting know when Troy would be at our residence. Next time we need something for our garage we are definitely calling A1 Garage Door Service again and will probably request Troy since he was so great!

Great job!The springs on my garage door snapped due to the age of the door and cold weather. I contacted A1 and they were very responsive to my need to have the repair completed in a timely manner as my vehicle was locked in the garage. Joshua responded to the request for service, assessed the issues and diagnosed the needs. He was prepared with both the products necessary to complete the task and the knowledge to install the parts successfully resolving the problem. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job! First rate! My full recommendation for both A1 and Joshua.

This garage door fail happened at the worst possible time; however, A1 Garage Door accepted the challenge, kept me constantly informed and dispatched a great technician, Jaime, to remediate the problem: spring failure and dislodged trim piece… Jaime was on time, prepared and took care of our problem in a timely and efficient manner… He returned to install the trim piece within the time period to as provided… We were totally pleased with all aspects of the customer service experience… I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and/or do business with them in the future…
