Excellent service. I was impressed with the 24/7 receptionist who was my initial contact. She was very helpful and understanding. She arranged for a work crew to arrive first thing the next morning.Equally impressed with the technician that serviced my garage door. He sent a text message and also called to let me know when he would be arriving.Upon inspection of the damaged door, the technician clearly explained my options for repair and the cost.He got right to work and completed his service within a reasonable time frame. During the course of the repair he made several suggestions about the equipment and possible replacement parts. There was no pressure, but I appreciated the information.An excellent experience. He was personable .. courteous .. efficient.He also called back and apologized for over charging me in the billing process. He told me a refund for the extra charges would be posted to my credit card account.I will call again. Tremendous service and very positive results.A1 should be called A+1.

‘’My garage door opener broke and I needed a technician asap. A1 was very responsive to my concerns and worked around my schedule to fit the job in as quickly as possible. The cost of a new one was higher then I expected, but the service was excellent. My experience with technician Steven was wonderful! He was on time professional and very pleasant. After going over the issues with my current door he was able to give me a few different options as to fixing the current door vs. Buying a new unit. I was very happy with A1, and especially with our most friendly and skilled A1 technician Craig Clark. Our garage door was not operating correctly and it was bitterly cold outside. Craig came, assessed the door system and made the necessary repair. He also explained to me the mechanics of what was causing the door to not close properly, which I appreciated. This was late in the afternoon, and I learned that Craig had finished his last job of the day and was heading home when he heard the dispatch call asking if any technician could help us. Everyone that I talked to knew nothing until they found out the paperwork was never submitted just today. Them was told I would receive a call from the door Dept to set up a install possibly Friday 4th of March. Still no call and then called back then was informed had to be contacted from original tech before door installation could be set up. Nothing but a complete waste of my time and money. I missed out on work because I was promised an installation date of March 3rd. Furthermore the company was quick to take my money and since then very very poor customer service!!!!! Now was told that the tech will call me at 8AM March 3rd. It seems like all I have gotten is the run around. Was transferred to the door dept and no one to take the call. My initial part of the review was from the time while the tech was here on the original visit. Since then I would not recommend this company to family or friends EXTREMELY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

On 02/25/22 my garage door tract had a piece break. I called a company who I had done business with 10 years ago.They wanted a $300 emergency trip charge or I could wait until Monday. did not even bother to ask about their other charges.I called A1 Garage Door Service on 02/26/22 and they said someone would come out the next day. Steven L, the technician called when he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time I’ve used A1 and I will definitely use them in the future. Side note, those red springs are awesome and speak for themselves when you see the difference in quality.

He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything I had questions about, and went through the entire system to confirm order accuracy. He completely removed my old door motor/panels/parts to a beautiful new door/motor system with associated remote/panel! Very fast install and highly recommend the rectangle design vs. the traditional 4 square across panels!!

Excellent service from Troy Lawson! He was able to get our questions quickly fixed and is a very great guy. He also recommended some things we needed to get fixed as well. Also, we received great customer service from other workers such as getting a same day appointment and letting know when Troy would be at our residence. Next time we need something for our garage we are definitely calling A1 Garage Door Service again and will probably request Troy since he was so great!

Great job!The springs on my garage door snapped due to the age of the door and cold weather. I contacted A1 and they were very responsive to my need to have the repair completed in a timely manner as my vehicle was locked in the garage. Joshua responded to the request for service, assessed the issues and diagnosed the needs. He was prepared with both the products necessary to complete the task and the knowledge to install the parts successfully resolving the problem. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job! First rate! My full recommendation for both A1 and Joshua.

This garage door fail happened at the worst possible time; however, A1 Garage Door accepted the challenge, kept me constantly informed and dispatched a great technician, Jaime, to remediate the problem: spring failure and dislodged trim piece… Jaime was on time, prepared and took care of our problem in a timely and efficient manner… He returned to install the trim piece within the time period to as provided… We were totally pleased with all aspects of the customer service experience… I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and/or do business with them in the future…
