A-1 has previously worked on other garage doors at my residence. This time a very tall RV garage door was misbehaving. Fixing this required extra effort on a tall ladder, being very vulnerable. He was patient and answered our barrage of questions without hesitation. He went through everything with us time and again to make sure the door we were purchasing was exactly what we wanted. I was quite surprised at the reasonable cost of a custom ordered door, as it was about $2,000.00 less than I expected. Jesse was very nice and courteous. He was able to fix our door problem right away. He was very knowledgeable. We have had this same problem with our garage door not coming down several times. Jesse was the first technician to tell us that it was a problem with the track not being properly aligned. He was able to fix it and now it works! I also like the fact that I called on a Sunday and someone actually answered the phone. Thought I would get a recording. They were able to schedule us for the next day.
