Good job, we have notice the door is closing harder since he tuned it up this morning. We realize the spring is older and the opener, however it didn’t bang when closing prior to the “tune up”.Gabe was friendly and polite and we didn’t notice it until my wife called me out to see it a few hours layer.Maybe it’s time for spring and opener but we agreed with Gabe we probably have some time but not now that it’s slamming.Now we feel the spend on the tune up which made matters worse was not a good idea.

Jacob Hensley was very professional and personable. He not only addressed our immediate needs for new springs, but provided a detail inspection of our garage doors and garage openers. He reviewed the different springs options with warranties allowing us to pick the best option. His work was impeccable and timely! He reviewed the worry free service and that the monthly fee is locked in and the options with it, which we did sign up for. We would definitely ask for him back again to service our garage(s.). Our garage door wouldn’t open one day and A1 was amazing start to finish! I was easily able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. The technician, Alex De Guzman was at my home right when he said he would be. He determined the spring failed and was able to explain to us how and why that happened in a professional, easy to understand manner. He presented options suitable to my budget and requirements. I didn’t even need to reschedule for the repair itself. Alex was able to complete the repair during the same visit! The punctuality, knowledge, and professionalism were outstanding! I couldn’t be happier with the results!

They were on time, efficient, and friendly. I requested that they call me 45 minutes prior to my appointment, and Shane did just that. He diagnosed my issues very quickly and made thoughtful recommendations. He did not try to persuade me or push me to upgrade my system and parts to the more expensive higher quality choices, just simply explained the difference and allowed me to choose for myself. The appointment setup online was very easy to do. I got an immediate confirmation of the scheduled appointment. Jacob stayed in touch with his ETA. He was transparent about what needed to be done urgently to get the power door lift to work properly and efficiently. He was respectful of our property and time. Was an overall successfully install. Garage was 15 years old and started to show wear and tear on the opener, spring, and rollers. Issue kept getting louder and louder to the point I thought the spring was toast.A1 technician showed me and explain everything throughout the install. Garage is a lot quieter to open, has less stress on the opener, and door feels a lot lighter to open.On a subscription plan to have yearly inspections on the door which is what I am looking for. Parts have the red sealant to last longer which shows.Technician had a lot of experience based on how he did his install and explaining every part of the process. He answered my questions professionally and glad that I was able to watch the process so I learn something new.Definitely recommended A1 Garage Door Service. Do not skip on the yearly inspections since your garage door maybe your lifeline/emergency. 😎

I had big garage door problems on July 4. A1 Garage door assessed the problems and I decided to have a new door installed. A week later, Kyle came and did a great install in about 2 1/2 hours! I expected 2 guys would do the install. But it was just Kyle. I'm pleased! Nice door with insulation and all new rails and spring. Very nice!

No one likes a broken garage door. A-1 responded exceptionally fast. When Jeremiah Hessig arrived I was greeted with the most genuine smile. He was personable but professional. Called A1 to get a tune up on my garage door. We open it no less than 4 times a day. Appointment set was easy and wanted to take advantage of the special they were offering. I will say that I don’t care for the way they market their special because if they were transparent about it they would disclose the dispatch fee that gets added in the ad or just have it included. Anyway with the dispatch fee and tune up it runs a little over 100$.The best part of the service was the very professional and knowledgeable technician Elijah. He was detailed in his explanations and let me know the conditions of my garage door. Also he was right on time and communication was great. I would recommend A1 garage door and Elijah to anyone but because of their marketing campaign I’m not giving 5 stars. If that improves and they can make it a little bit more affordable then I would feel better giving 5 stars.Thank you

From start to finish, the process of getting my garage repaired was *chefs kiss*.I first got to meet with Shane to get a quote. Shane understood my goal for the repair and at no point did I feel pressured to get a service above my goal. (Which was just wanting new panels.) I was aware of other packages but again I just needed to get the garage done. Then we talked cost and worked together on getting me the best deal! After that we made a appointment and...Boom! Trevor came out ready to get my garage door fixed! And boy oh boy what a difference! Saying my garage was "repaired" would be an insult. Instead it was upgraded! Trevor was friendly, professional, and thorough the whole installation process.All in all I think A1 is a fitting name for this company. Thank you all! Before and after pics for reference

Shane did an excellent job. When my garage door spring broke I knew I wasn’t able to replace it myself because it would be tedious and dangerous. I saw A1 had great reviews so I called them. This is the first time in my life I've ever gotten a garage door serviced, and what a pleasant experience. I was able to book on-line for a Saturday service. Shane, the technician, showed up at the expected time. The company had sent out an email earlier with a picture and a brief biography, which is cool. Shane was very patient, an excellent communicator, and helped me think through my options. He did not replace anything that didn't need it, but pointed out things like bearings that had failed, etc. I have great peace of mind now that these (preventive) repairs are done.

Jeremiah, the technician that came out to replace the broken springs on my garage, was personable and swift. He educated me on various parts of the garage door, what makes it more efficient and last longer vs what creates resistance and noise and causes it to breakdown sooner. Of course there's some "salesyness" implicit in this, but truly all his information felt legitimate--I didn't buy anything additional. The prices are higher than you might expect (over $650 for the lowest offering to replace springs), but Jeremiah was open to making it worth it. I also really appreciated him and his work ethic. Looking forward to having him out for the maintenance in 1 year.

After having our garage door completely fall apart, my wife and I decided to reach out to A1 Garage Door for help. We were able to schedule a visit with in 1 day that totally worked out for our schedule. A1 sent out Aaron one of their Techs to try to get our door going. Aaron was Very Polite and fully explained the issues. He was able to drop the door down and then sat down with my wife and I to further discuss our options. It was noted that the door was trash and we would need a new one. We were allowed some time to decide what could be done and Aaron set up an appointment for the weekend to help us with the door. Aaron was very Professional and with the help from JP, they offered up several options to fit with our budget. They also offered us a couple of discounts for the purchase to help control costs. My tech was VERY knowledgeable. Besides the bow in my garage door caused when I hit it, he noticed the door starting to crack snd suggested a brace to distribute the force when lifting the door. He noticed the springs were rusted and the bearings shot. I elected to replace these parts to insure I had a safe operating door. I was very happy with his service. Very polite as well

The service was excellent. Jeremiah was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I really like the text I got before the appointment which showed a picture and short bio of Jeremiah. My garage door is old and needed a lot of work, so I would have liked to have known of all the possible repairs before any work began. I was quoted one price for the issue that I called for, but with every step of the inspection, the price went up. I wrote a check for what I thought was the final cost, only to be told that I needed yet another part replaced. By the time it was over, the original quote was nearly doubled. I believe it was all legitimate and my poor old door needed everything I got, but the process and original quote could have been presented better.

Amazing service! Blake was INCREDIBLE and so kind. The door required much more work than we originally thought, he explained everything to us and made sure we knew our options. He was patient with our kiddo asking questions and needing our attention and he was unbothered by our dogs barking at him.Also, I loved the automated text from the company that included his name and picture so we knew exactly who to expect. Our garage door opener torsion bar was self contained and failed. We called A-1 and had a service technician out to our home in less than 3 hours. Our technician, Robert P, was great to work with! He had a new torsion bar and springs installed within an hour and a half of him arriving and even lubricated and adjust all our other components. Would recommend A-1 to anyone with garage door needs. Great customer service and wonderful technician!!

We just bought our home and are going through and getting major systems checked out. This company had Great service and technician. Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable about my door. He diagnosed the current state of the garage door and was able to communicate effectively on what is going on. He recommended what needed to be done but was not a pushy salesman and seemed to not just be adding things for no reason. He then performed great maintenance service and left a clean environment. Robert was here bright and early and quickly was able to explain to me all the repairs our door would need to resurrect it, being almost 33 years old and damaged. He was able to install new springs, wheels, bearings, new braces all the way across the door, New cables and tighten everything up. He was out of here in about three hours and saved me about half what a new system would cost. He says the repairs are solid and will last for a long long time! No sales pressure to buy a new system or anything like that. Robert knew right away that repairing this was the right thing to do, and he got it done really well! Thanks, man!

This company is able to send someone out on weekends to accommodate my work schedule, a huge plus! Nate, who is my technician, was very careful and methodical in the installation of wall trim around my doors. The price was good also. The only thing I had to say was that the dispatcher did not tell me that they charge $20 for an estimate. Luckily I had a coupon in the mail that says free estimate and so they honored it. Other than that, I still highly recommend this company because of their quality work and good prices.
