He was very polite and professional in doing so. So I called A1 when I first purchased my home because my garage opener went out. Armad came and went over my different options. He wasn’t pushy when I let him know I would have to wait. I was so impressed when I was finally ready to get my garage opener , I called and requested him. A1 was able to schedule me fast and Armad quickly got me up and running. Our tech Alex was easy to talk to and was able to diagnose the primary issue but on inspection some safety concerns as well. He used actual measurements to explain the issues. My experience with my technicians, Alex A. and Joe was the highlight of my day. Alex did a remarkable job explaining the service to me in a manner that I could truly understand. I called for a spring replacement but ended up getting more….but, it was necessary. I have had a spring replaced in the past and I don’t realize the previous guy got a little too excited and caused some damage to the rod. Armad was thorough in finding out the cause of the spring failure and ways to make my garage door run more efficient. Anyhow, I pulled the trigger and corrected the problem and reasons. The warranty justifies the cost and I feel a sense of relief knowing labor is covered for future repairs.

The service technician, Alex Andrews, arrived on time, as promised, with information about Alex provided by both text and email prior to his arrival. Alex was very professional and went above and beyond what was expected. He fixed our issue, balanced and tested our systems, and provide suggestions and feedback about our garage doors and opener systems. Scheduled online and received email and text confirmation very quickly. Armad came out and is amazing. He is a highly skilled technician that is also very kind and caring - he delivered great customer service! He was wonderful with helping me determine if I wanted to repair or replace my garage doors. He was very informative, super patient with ALL my questions, and willing to go above and beyond in facilitating the conversation for me with his sales team. (Normally the customer talks directly with them, but I was trying to work from home and asked him to relay my questions and requests on my behalf.) He even worked it out where he could do half the job immediately. He worked quickly and cleaned up so meticulously there was no trace of his work left behind (besides my super quiet and buttery smooth garage door). Can’t wait to get my other one fixed. Highly recommend this company!

Rudy I. was super friendly and took on the challenge of my Lowe’s purchased Craftsman chain garage door opener. 😆 He obviously loves what he does and prides himself in his work and craftsmanship. I obviously needed a garage door, called them up same day they came out and looked and gave estimate, told us the eta to install, unfortunately they had some issues, had to reschedule install. Then they tried to reschedule again, due to over booking. Luckily they were able to come and do the job today. Fast instal by Jimmy, he did a wonderful job! The only critique I have is they need to work on customer communication. Good job guys.

When I called A1 I was looking for someone to help me install my garage SCREEN door that i already purchased. The gentleman I spoke to said we can have a technician out today. But also said we offer financing just ask the technician about it. Puzzled? Financing? I already purchased the screen. What's there to finance?Within the hour Christian arrived.When Christian showed up he had never heard of or seen the screen. When I called I explained to the gentleman i spoke to about the screen he acted like his techniciancould help install it no problem. Christian was not able to. He was very friendly super cool. He tried to call other people to see if they had ever heard of my screen and or knew how to install it. No luck of course. Christian left because he was not able to help.My neighbors and I were able to install the screen that day. While doing so we accidentally knocked the garage door cable off the track. I called A1 back to set up an appointment to have Christian come back. I specifically requested Christian because of how nice cool and honest he was the day before. And he also wanted to see the screen when it was done. Very Very nice guy.They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Again the gentleman on the phone mentioned "financing".The next day Christian shows up. I was extremely pleased they sent him back. Most places say they will try and then send someone else.Christian was able to get my door fixed and it works like new again.The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is solely based on what an amazing guy Christian is. Conversation while he worked was great. (I'm a chatty kathy) The experience with him well worth 5 stars.Had he not been humble I would have rated A1 lower on the initial phone call. I'm still stuck on we offer financing. Again I had already purchased what I needed. You should not be suggesting financing when someone isn't trying to buy something. Both calls I felt like the gentleman on the phone had he came out would have tried to sell me whatever he could. If I needed it or not. From start to completion our interactions with A1 Garage personnel was outstanding. Easy and enjoyable to make an appointment for next day. Arrived early but they did check to confirm it was good for us too. My Tech, Kevin, exceeded my expectations and his demeanor and professionalism in speaking and walking thru the entire job was much appreciated. His appearance and and mannerisms along with genuine care and concern was very apparent. You sure don’t find many servicemen with his skill set and we truly appreciated this experience with A-1 repairing our garage door on a holiday!Thank you!

A1 met all expectations and I would happily use them again. Jordan Romero did a great job for me. I had three concerns regarding my updated garage door. Jordan was very helpful in explaining that two of my concerns were non issues. And finally he was able to connect the camera on the garage door to my app and cell phone. Jordan was very polite and if I owned a company I would hire him.
