A1 Garage Door service is a great company to have do any work on your Garage door!My spring broke and the very next day they sent out Technician Mark H. He gave me a text letting know he was on his way. Then a phone call at 30 minutes out... he even offered to pick up coffee on his way for both of us!When he arrived he gave me a total check list of everything that needed attention. We agreed on the scope of work and he proceeded to get everything done. He had all the parts on the truck and no waiting for him to order parts and come back another day!When he was done with the whole job he took the time to explain everything in detail and asked if I had any questions at all.This company is wonderful, and Mark was very knowledgeable, informative and great to work with!

Best experience ever! I called to request assistance today at 1pm, and had a tech on the way right when I was able to get hime. Kyle was on point. From working with me to accommodate my arrival time after work, explaining everything about my garage door, what needed to be fixed/replaced, and what can be improved to make it better and more silent, every bit of our interaction was phenomenal. The recommendations were given in a way that were very clear and not at all pushy, and he was very understanding on what I currently needed vs what I will consider in the future. I feel very confident on the assistance and service he provided, and I'm looking forward to eventually get all the suggestions to improve my garage on the long run. Mark and his partner have done an A+ Job!!! They made me and my husband feel good with not pressuring us with service. They explained everything in details as to what we will need and why. After trying to achieve World Class service for 45 years of my career, I have actually run into a company that has it. 4 Seasons level customer service in the garage repair field? Whaaaat? From the initial call into voice mail on Saturday through 5 star service on Sunday, the experience was amazing. Usually my reviews are short and to the point but this deserves more. The initial greeting and subsequent call back was engaging, warm to the point I wanted to do business with them. I asked the young woman on the phone why she was so happy and she said “I love my job”. Scheduling was a breeze. Mike H., the lead technician, was training a gentleman and his style and communication with his trainee and me was amazing. Great skill and explained everything perfectly. They both said to me “I love my job”! He explained the training process and center they have in AZ. For a company started in 2005, these guys have built an amazing culture and I haven’t found a better service organization EVER. No, I am not related and yes, I highly recommend A1 garage. We had an issue on June 26, 2022, with our garage spring breaking and unfortunately our car was held hostage. We began researching online for a garage service company. This was greatly appreciated and very professional.Mark and Angelo arrived and Mark explained thoroughly about the garage springs, all the other components and services you offer for monthly maintenance. We were very impressed with Marks knowledge of all aspects of garages and how it was great seeing that your company puts importance in a future technician (Angelo) shadowing to become knowledgeable about your company and services. Had Cannan over to replace both springs on my mother's garage door and we couldn't have asked for better service. Friendly with the dog, polite to both of us, and very clearly knew what he was doing. This company had the absolute BEST customer service! Their tech Thomas D. was fantastic. He not only explained and showed us everything that wasn't functioning properly he explained why. I learned some great preventative actions as well so that we can maintain our new parts on our door as well. If you need anything related to garage doors call these folks. Cannan was amazing! So courteous and thorough. He recognized my problem immediately and took care of it promptly. He also did a 29 point inspection just to make sure all other elements for my garage were fine. I don't leave Google reviews often but I wanted to give A1 garage door a big thumbs up.I'm in the construction business and deal with a lot of different subcontractors and companies. I have to say that Cam who answered the phone to set up the appointment, was genuinely easy to deal with and make things happen quickly. Thomas as well was very communicative and work around my schedule to make sure he could be there when I was there. The experience with A1 garage door was positive all around. I first called another company that never called back. A1 answered right away, the person who took my info was super pleasant and easy to work with. They gave me a window of 1-6. Thomas texted and called when he was 30 minutes away which was super nice since I was working from home and trying to plan in between meetings. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me the evidence so I didn't feel bamboozled. Had the door fixed in fair amount of time. Contacted A-1 about broken garage door spring. They were able to dispatch a tech to come out on the same day. Mark called prior to arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. Door spring broke on Sunday evening. I immediately called A1 after they were third 24/7 repair business that came up on google search. I needed door repaired that night. Technician arrived within 30 minutes! Gave a few options for repairs. Reasonably priced. Before you know it he was done with repairs. Very efficient. Even adjusted the drive chain too. I would definitely use this company for garage door services in the future and recommend them

After purchasing our house in Q3 2021, we realized that our garage door and its opener were not really in the best condition and needed a tune-up and inspection. Their level of customer service is exemplary: from an efficient scheduling process to an amazing associate in Thomas, who did our service call.During the entire servicing time, Thomas NEVER ever pressured us on sales, and took the time to walk me through on all the mechanisms of my garage door (and opener), explained me all the different parts he looked through during inspection process, and even replaced a outdoor key code opener because this company ensures that ALL of their trucks have everything needed for their associates (a win given the 2021 supply chain crunch).All in all, reasonably priced and with great customer service, I will definitely be looking to them to replace my 10+ year old garage door in the near future.

Thomas Dukatz did a superb job of replacing my torsion springs, as well as bearing end plates. I submitted the request online early morning, and he was here by 830am, all parts were on his truck. Tripp called to give me an estimated time of arrive and was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a cost estimate and immediately began work to install a new spring mechanism. Upon completion of the install he made adjustments to the drive system, lubricated the garage door and gave me a final operational approval. When I called A1 I was looking for someone to help me install my garage SCREEN door that i already purchased. The gentleman I spoke to said we can have a technician out today. But also said we offer financing just ask the technician about it. Puzzled? Financing? I already purchased the screen. What's there to finance?Within the hour Christian arrived.When Christian showed up he had never heard of or seen the screen. When I called I explained to the gentleman i spoke to about the screen he acted like his techniciancould help install it no problem. Christian was not able to. He was very friendly super cool. He tried to call other people to see if they had ever heard of my screen and or knew how to install it. No luck of course. Christian left because he was not able to help.My neighbors and I were able to install the screen that day. While doing so we accidentally knocked the garage door cable off the track. I called A1 back to set up an appointment to have Christian come back. I specifically requested Christian because of how nice cool and honest he was the day before. And he also wanted to see the screen when it was done. Very Very nice guy.They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Again the gentleman on the phone mentioned "financing".The next day Christian shows up. I was extremely pleased they sent him back. Most places say they will try and then send someone else.Christian was able to get my door fixed and it works like new again.The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is solely based on what an amazing guy Christian is. Conversation while he worked was great. (I'm a chatty kathy) The experience with him well worth 5 stars.Had he not been humble I would have rated A1 lower on the initial phone call. I'm still stuck on we offer financing. Again I had already purchased what I needed. You should not be suggesting financing when someone isn't trying to buy something. Both calls I felt like the gentleman on the phone had he came out would have tried to sell me whatever he could. If I needed it or not. To me not good business.Again Christians professionalism and personality gained A1 a 5 star review.

Christian is fantastic. Super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Whatever you're paying him, it's not enough. Thanks for getting here so quickly and not pushing unnecessary repairs and upgrades on us, instead explaining thing clearly so we could make an informed, value based decision. Please send Christian for our annual tune ups or any future, necessary repairs. Will definitely recommend.

Zach came out to install our new door and motor. He was very kind. He explained the process so I knew exactly what to expect. He verified that what I was getting matched up with what I had purchased, right down to the color. Once installed, he went over some of the features that I needed to know about. He was also very quick and respectful of the property. I would recommend him and the whole A1 team. Thanks guys.

From start to completion our interactions with A1 Garage personnel was outstanding. Easy and enjoyable to make an appointment for next day. Arrived early but they did check to confirm it was good for us too. My Tech, Kevin, exceeded my expectations and his demeanor and professionalism in speaking and walking thru the entire job was much appreciated. His appearance and and mannerisms along with genuine care and concern was very apparent. You sure don’t find many servicemen with his skill set and we truly appreciated this experience with A-1 repairing our garage door on a holiday!Thank you!

Jordan Romero did a great job for me. I had three concerns regarding my updated garage door. Jordan was very helpful in explaining that two of my concerns were non issues. And finally he was able to connect the camera on the garage door to my app and cell phone. Jordan was very polite and if I owned a company I would hire him.
