Roger was awesome! He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. This was done on a Sunday. I called in at 10.00 am and Rodger was here at 11:15. I wish every home repair company had people exactly like Roger working for them ! There would not be any complaints!

Tony the technician was very good. He was able to get my garage door working. The downside has nothing to do with him. When I scheduled I told the dispatcher it was a 12-14’tall door at my homes extra garage. They sent the tech out without any ladder. He used mine and on my trailer to get him up higher and more comfortable. I am happy he was able to rerun the cables and reset the tension on the springs. The down side was the pricing. $450 in labor for 1.5 hours of work using some of my things (ladder and trailer). When I called and asked about it after he was done and left I was told because it was a “commercial door”. This was up front with the dispatcher of the height and at a residence. Sending the tech out without the right stuff disappointing. Tony almost had to reschedule but was able to get it done while there. Again I appreciated his work to get it done while there. I was told this door does not follow their typical hourly rate. $300 a hour rate is ridiculous for this door. Again Tony great job, dispatching was unprepared for the job.

Had a great experience with my technician Roger!! He was very thorough and did a great job. I will say though that I should have gotten a few quotes. It’s more expensive than I wanted to pay at almost $1000. He was very great though and it isn’t his fault.

Great and fast experience. Called and got ahold of someone quickly who was very polite and was able to get someone to come out to take a look at our door within an hour. The technician, Roger, arrived earlier than even estimated and was incredibly polite and helpful. Asked good questions to narrow down a solution for our repair and didn’t push stuff that wasn’t needed. Very professional and was able to get our garage door working again in no time.

When I called A1 I was looking for someone to help me install my garage SCREEN door that i already purchased. The gentleman I spoke to said we can have a technician out today. But also said we offer financing just ask the technician about it. Puzzled? Financing? I already purchased the screen. What's there to finance?Within the hour Christian arrived.When Christian showed up he had never heard of or seen the screen. When I called I explained to the gentleman i spoke to about the screen he acted like his techniciancould help install it no problem. Christian was not able to. He was very friendly super cool. He tried to call other people to see if they had ever heard of my screen and or knew how to install it. No luck of course. Christian left because he was not able to help.My neighbors and I were able to install the screen that day. While doing so we accidentally knocked the garage door cable off the track. I called A1 back to set up an appointment to have Christian come back. I specifically requested Christian because of how nice cool and honest he was the day before. And he also wanted to see the screen when it was done. Very Very nice guy.They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Again the gentleman on the phone mentioned "financing".The next day Christian shows up. I was extremely pleased they sent him back. Most places say they will try and then send someone else.Christian was able to get my door fixed and it works like new again.The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is solely based on what an amazing guy Christian is. Conversation while he worked was great. (I'm a chatty kathy) The experience with him well worth 5 stars.Had he not been humble I would have rated A1 lower on the initial phone call. I'm still stuck on we offer financing. Again I had already purchased what I needed. You should not be suggesting financing when someone isn't trying to buy something. Both calls I felt like the gentleman on the phone had he came out would have tried to sell me whatever he could. If I needed it or not. Thomas from A1 did an amazing Job quality was exceptional. My kids really like him he was very polite and my kids thought he was Aquaman the actor Jason Mamoa. I will recommend A1 Garage to friends and tell them to ask for Thomas.

Very pleased with A1 Garage Door Service. Robert L was very professional and personable. Quickly diagnosed problem with MyQ and got me back up and running. Very informative about the overall condition of unit, including springs. Based on his testing, the 2 yr springs were starting to wear. He was ready to replace at no charge As they were still under warranty Or presented options on longer lasting springs. I chose to go with better springs. Again, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend using them if you are having issues with your garage door based on quality of work and availability.
