Wayne Dalton 100 Series features a 1 3/8′ thick and solid wood rails and stiles. Models 105 and 106 have standard-duty Hemlock rails and stiles while models 110 and 116 have heavy-duty ones. The center panels for this garage door are durable and contain 1/4′ exterior-grade mahogany plywood. Panel frames are made from high-quality, kin-dried West Coast helock, sitka, spruce or equal. The joints for these doors have mortise and tenon joints. These are waterproof glued and steel pinned to provide long-lasting durability and operation for the homeowners.
Weathertight fit is also ensured with the shiplap style connection between sections. This enables the door to operate smoothly. The tracks and hardware for the doors in this collection are also rust-resistant, hot-dipped galvanized steel.
All models for the Wayne Dalton 100 Series – models 105, 110, 106, and 116 – incorporate 1-year warranty, ensuring that the product has no defects in materials, and workmanship.
Wayne Dalton 100 Series is available in plywood or hardboard – both come sanded for better texture and ready for priming, painting or staining, no matter what one prefer. To match this, there are also a number of window styles that could be paired with any of the panels to achieve any look preferred.
There are five window designs available for this Wayne Dalton collection. Window patterns vary depending if you are getting the one for single-car door or the double-car door. The spacing size is also dependent on the door size and not all windows are available in all sizes. Molded designs with plastic inserts may not fit all panel sizes.
