Very professional everything looks good so far Super nice they’re not the cheapest, but they’re not the most expensive and you get what you pay for and I’m very happy so far compare some auto Garage Door super quiet would recommend them to anyone they do not try to upsell you on the highest product. They have different price ranges. The sales person was great. originally, I was just gonna replace the garage door and he even said that I did not need a garage door opener, cause my looks like it was in Shape But I chose to update everything The Technician was very clean Left everything better than what he found it. Lincoln was fantastic. Took the time to look at both garage doors (not just the one I had issues with) and explain what was needed as well as my various options.There was no high-pressure sales technique to get me to buy the most expensive setup, and I felt comfortable that the price was good.I’d definitely recommend Lincoln and A1 to anybody.

Chris our A1 technician was excellent. Professional, friendly and very quick. Was concerned about safety and care of property. Would recommend him for any repairs with your garage door. He truly is working on building relationship first.Had a follow up discussion with A1. Very impressed with Chris. Shared with him that we didn’t get full disclosure of parts and service breakdown and the warranty statement wasn’t attached to invoice. Response was that the system they use does not allow the tech to do that. Final assessment was I would recommend Chris and encourage you to compare other Garage Door Companies.be aware that their philosophy as quoted “They are not the cheapest but they don’t want to be”. Labor price was much more then expected. Hope the product last at least to the 5 year warranty.

Tony was great! Called me to tell me he was caught up in some traffic and gave me a good ETA. Tony was very thorough and listened intently to my issues. He clearly communicated what he was going to do and asked if I had any ?? Or other concerns. Tony went to work and then again, clearly explained what he had done and offered suggestions after evaluating our system. He worked up some options for us to consider and sent those to me.Tony was very friendly and competent with his work. It was easy getting an appointment set up. They picked up the phone right away and set me up for them to come out on a weekend, the only time I had available. The guys showed up right on time and were very knowledgeable. Explained patiently what was wrong with our garage doors and gave us tons of options. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. They fixed the doors right there and the doors work so smoothly and quietly now. They manage their time so well and communicate thoroughly with you. Highly recommend.

The whole experience with A1 Garage Door Service was excellent. The option to have them provide all the services or install what we purchased was a great help. The install went smoothly with Rory. I really can’t say enough about this installer. As I am a senior citizen, he made sure I was aware of how everything worked, and I am sure he went above and beyond to ensure all electronic items were explained and helped with additional setups as I needed them going forward.

Blake and Tony were on time, professional, and no-nonsense. I also work in the trades and can recognize quality technicians with good company culture when I see it. When I explained what I wanted out of the visit, Blake understood clearly and did not try to push anything on me that I didn't need. My 2 car garage door got a tune up and we talked about replacing springs and a motor. When it's time to get those items replaced i know I'm going to use A1 and give Blake a call back. Excellent and personable service.

Very courteous service. Lincoln explained in detail everything he was looking at during the inspection and broken spring replacement, and provided good recommendations on the suggested repairs and parts. He also noted the worn out rollers which I opted to replacr as well. While the price may have seemed a bit more than what I expected, I believe I received great value for what I paid for. The garage door runs smoothly and quietly again.

He didn't Talk bad about competition companies. We didn't know why the person, Cameron in this case, was not the one to quote prices of their products & options & we had to deal with another person, Matt, via phone that we never met.Matt Ancona was the person on the phone we never met but answered all our questions about products, options and cost and assured us the quoted amt. was the companies best bottom line. Lincoln came up to the door looking like a Wall Street tycoon. Very put together nice uniform looked very professional. He was absolutely the nicest most polite knowledgeable service person we have had in this house in a long time. The entire experience was incredible. I have put off getting my garage door fixed for nearly a year now, due to not wanting to deal with the hassle, but if I had known how simple and painless A1 was I would have pulled the trigger a long time ago. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, they were even able to get me in the very next day! When I went into labor shortly after scheduling the appointment, they were extemely accommodating with rescheduling to the following week. It was wonderful. When it came time for the appointment, Chris called and made sure it was a convenient time for us, then I received a text with a nice bio and photo so I knew who to expect. I thought this personal touch was great! Upon arrival, Chris was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was expecting to spend quite a bit to fix the door and Chris was able to complete the fix in less than an hour for half the cost I was anticipating.It is clear this company takes pride in their work and puts their customers first. They will be my top recommendation and first call if I encounter any future problems.

Initially just needed/wanted new torsion springs to get my door moving again. I ended up asking about our current door motor, and it was almost 17 years old. Got a price on new springs, cables, motor and all, and was happy with it. Lincoln had it all installed in less than 3 hours. Plus, he was really nice to deal with. First garage door company I've ever called, and will probably be the only one I ever call, if your whole staff is guys like Lincoln.

Rory was fantastic! Took the time to explain all options and ballpark prices to just get me back up and running with the existing garage door opener vs upgrading the entire system. I chose to go the repair route for now, and Rory was happy to get to work right then and there to replace the busted springs, tighten and lube everything else and get my door functional again. He had all the required spare parts and tools in his truck. Before he left, he reprogrammed my remotes and remote keypad and left my house with a very satisfied customer. I would recommend A1 and Rory to anyone for their garage door needs and will be a returning customer for any future needs I have.

Very thorough and communicative about what he did and any issues we may have. We had a tune up and added insulation weather proof on the bottom of the door. We are very satisfied! We’ve used A1 for years!January 2024-We had them return as backup battery was now beeping! Communication with Dwayne and office staff is excellent. I was very satisfied with Dwayne who came. It is nice to get picture and bio of the technician who is on the way. This made me feel more comfortable as a woman. Cameron provided excellent service when he came out to fix my garage. He took the time to explain the repair to me and share knowledge with me regarding my particular garage door. He was kind and professional! He stressed safety also being of most importance to him, which I appreciate! Cameron was great! A1 was MUCH more affordable compared to competitors I reached out to! Since it was a Saturday and a same day job, other companies considered my job a “emergency “ rate” wanted to charge $539 just to come out, that is not including any work or labor done! This review is more about Rory Hardridge and the work ethics he brings. I'm glad to see A1 supporting Rory in giving exceptional service to customers.My garage door was giving me some trouble but was still working. I called A1 for my yearly tune up and Rory showed up on time to tune my garage doors.When he got done, my garage door opener seized up and it wouldn't work anymore. Rory agreed that it was working when he showed up and all his troubleshooting took him nowhere. He called corporate office and got me approved for a new garage door opener at no cost. WHAT! I don't think I have ever gotten such good and honest service.He installed the new opener, light, configured the clickers and left me a totally happy and satisfied customer. One of the best purchasing experiences we have ever had! Customer service was top notch all of the way from the person who scheduled my same appointment which very last minute, from our amazing salesperson Jeff, the middle man who completed the purchase over the phone and finding a way to fit our budget to our installer Bryan who was just the nicest guy. There were so many small details such as Jeff our salesperson asking us if we needed anything on the way to our house to Bryan making sure everything worked 110% before he left which by the way there were a lot of things to program. I loved the communication thru the entire process and the pictures they sent of themselves to show you who you would be working with along with a little bio of our salesperson Jeff. Cameron was amazing!!! After dealing with 2 different companies (first company put the door in - did not put the correct springs in, hence the issues and caused some damage), second company (fixed one issue but ended up being more. The quote for the second items seemed high). I decided to reset and try a different company. A1 Garage Door Service had excellent reviews so gave them a shot and so glad I did. New springs and end plates were needed which was expensive, but Cameron applied a coupon which helped. He walked me through everything to make sure I understood and was sure to leave his business card in case I had any other questions. I would definitely use A1 again and highly recommend.

A1 did a great job. I had a tune up scheduled and the technician found some issues with the original installation. Jim and his manager took care of it for no additional fee, and it was no small task. The original technician installed the door with a tortion spring versus extension springs which were more appropriate given the lack of height in our garage. Jim switched the springs, adjusted the tracks and the door works better than it ever did. Sadly, this kind of service isn't the norm these days. Many companies would have argued with me until they were blue in the face to avoid doing the work at no cost, even if it was their error. I can't recommend A1 enough. They truly stand behind their work. Thank you A1. Thank you Jim, and thanks to your manager as well.

What started as remotes not working quickly turned into a broken cable just 2 days before our previously set appt with A1. The tech that came out, Jonathan, was confident, able to explain things to my husband and I in an easy to understand way, and a hard worker! All in all, we ended up needing a new motor - understandable, since ours was around 20 years old. We are quite happy with our purchase though, options we didn't even know about exist now and we feel some added security with the camera features.This all took maybe 3 hours for Jonathan to do (including a few other items that needed some TLC). Gavin and Garrett are great people and even better technicians. Highly professional, they knocked my 3-car garage door replacement project out in about 5 hours without issue. This is the first time I called A1 to come to find out what wrong with my garage door because it won‘t close. The technician Josh B and his partner were great and friendly. They showed up on time even offer to buy you a coffee in the morning while they are on the way to your home. They might suggest and recommend to get a spring replaced as part of maintenance if the spring was old. Mine was almost 8 years old. Long story short, they found out my garage opener had some issue after replaced the spring and tuned up and suggest options to fix. He also took the time to explain the issue and the install was quickly. Also, they cleaned up any mess, and made sure everything ran right and smooth before they left. I’ve used A1 multiple times for garage tune up work. Last week I had a person from A1 who did NOT meet the normal standards of A1 and the work that was done was less than satisfactory. I reached out to A1 to explain the new issues that had arose in less than a week of someone coming out. A1 apologized and sent out Jeff yesterday to review and correct the job from the previous serviceman.Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a good man who has a wealth of knowledge about life with many experiences and I recommend him alone for that. Now add on top that he actually does the job correctly! In 2022 I am sure we all have had people who have taken advantage of us and left us far from happy with our services. So it was refreshing to have someone like Jeff who treated his job with such respect and high regard.Jeff took the time to explain why things were not working correctly with my door and explained what to expect as he made repairs. Due to a broken spring, we were unable to open or close our garage door. We called other businesses, but no one was available to come out for another week. A1 was able to get someone out within 2 hours! Josh and the other tech did an outstanding job on the repair explaining what they were doing at every step. They did an inspection on other parts to ensure everything was operating as it should. Due to the excellent service and repair work that was done, we are adding A1 to our list of companies we can count on for home repairs (garage doors). Thank you, A1!!

Absolutely 100% pleased with Jeff Gardner. This guy knows what he's doing, an absolute gentleman and very communicable. We had a great conversation about the door cables. I didn't feel like he was in this to make the day's numbers, rather I felt taken care of. He reall is a Bear of a guy and when I need my doors replaced, better believe this guy will do them. No joke. Will did an amazing job. He took the time to analyze the issue and provide a very detailed description of options and different pricing. He was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. The pricing was a little higher than I expected, but with a call fee of only $25 I definitely had the option to shop around. Very friendly and helpful staff answering calls also.

I called out A1 to help with a shop door that wasn’t closing. They sent out Mitch I think his name was. He was kind of rude and seemed upset that I couldn’t spoon feed him the reason the door wasn’t operating. I’m not a garage door tech so how would I know? He convinced me the springs needed to be replaced so I did. A week later the door wouldn’t close again. I called A1 again to come out and finally fix my door and this time they sent out Will. Will was very nice and eager to find out exactly what was wrong. He replaced the rollers, adjusted the spring tension and adjusted the tracks to the correct position. Will did a fantastic job and the door is now working flawlessly. Will is the ONLY reason I will continue to use A1 in the future and why this rating isn’t 1 star.

Devin and Dustin were fantastic. Came out and replaced the springs, cables, bearings, etc on a double garage door. Spring just popped last night while we were all in the house (door not even in use). A1 was out there the next day, had it all replaced in about an hour, and the door actually does seem to operate smoother than I can recall. Laid out all the options, no pressure to go with the full replacement and lifetime springs, but we felt that was best for us, and we’re very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend Devin, Dustin, and A1.

Mitchell text me beforehand and introduced himself and then called me to let me know he his ETA. I liked that he gave me the price on everything, needed a new keypad and door opener's,, price I thought was very reasonable, he didn't try to sale me anything else. Our appointment was scheduled for a future date, but due to a cancellation A1 reached out to us and wanted to see if they could help us out even sooner. Very easy to schedule online. Appointment available right when I needed it. Mitchell was very nice and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and after completion he showed me exactly what was done. I really appreciated having a company that actually showed up when they said they would and did the job correctly the first time. December 2021…Had a problem with one of my garage door openers that was previously installed. (See Previous Review Below) With that, one of the openers malfunctioned and A1 repaired it in record time. Same opener malfunctioned again. However…this time, not only, did I continue to receive quick service but, A1 completely replaced the opener with an brand new updated opener. All with, “No questions asked”. Also, they sent down an install team from Wichita to make sure my problems where expediently resolved. I can’t say enough about the entire team at A1. From the office operations all the way through to the installers. This truly is a 5-Star company. I’m a customer for life…Thank you A1 for remembering the ancient art of Customer Service!August 2021…Had 2 garage door openers installed today. Both of which are the best openers on the market. With that said…The technicians, Cory and his crew were spectacular. A field manager even showed up just to thank me for choosing A1. These guys walked me through the entire install process. A1 was actually the second call I made when my garage door failed. I chose them because the first place just gave a price and the phone call felt rushed and short. Corey was the technician that arrived, and I'm glad he did. He was personable, professional, and knew his business. He came to install an opener, but then I had him service all 3 doors, and then convert my doors from side spring to torsion springs. Anytime I asked about a job, he gave me options and told me the pros and cons of of each. I spent a little more than intended, but I consider it money well spent. I've only lived in OP for 2 years, but I can definitely say I now have a permanent garage service company. The poor guy worked right through his lunch time. 🙂

Carsen came out for an install for a Genie opener and did a great job. Was very transparent with info and let me know how to reprogram the unit due to a spacing issue with the set up. (Air duct was 1/10" too low - causing the door not to open all the way) He did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend A1 to anyone. I'd rather know who is coming to work on my house than a Home depot 3rd party contractor.

Joe was a knowledgeable, technically competent, punctual and personable service technician. He diagnosed the problems and gave several options to solve them. He gave several technical owner sustainment maintenance tips to keep the doors in good operating order once he completed his work. Very professional. My technician, Joe H, was great. Friendly, professional and didn't pressure me on any extras. One note ... whoever takes the bookings in the office needs to be upfront about the trip charge in addition to what I was paying for the tune-up. It was not mentioned to me and it is not listed on the coupon. I understand why it is there and I don't mind paying, however, A1 should be up front about it.

One of the cables came off on my garage door and A1 was the first company that popped up on my Google search. I booked an appointment right on Google and was very pleased from the get go. I received numerous messages about the appointment after it was confirmed. The technician called when they said he would, he arrived when he said he would and was the utmost professional the entire time he was here. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and did his best to get me the best deal he could based on the issue. I want to give a huge thank you to Corey and the A1 Garage Door customer service team. The supporting strut on our garage door separated from the wall, leaving the door stuck part way open. This occurred approximately 4:00pm in the afternoon. I called A1; after checking with a dispatcher, the support team indicated that Corey was just finishing a job in the area, and would call when on his way. He called just a few minutes later, and was at the house by 4:30! He was able to resolve the problem, took time to walk us through why it occurred, replaced worn parts, and made some recommendations about future maintenance. After discussing options, we decided to replace our nearly end-of-life springs, which he had in his van. The work was done swiftly, carefully, cleanly, and professionally. Corey was extremely pleasant, has a great customer service attitude, and knows his stuff. We were thoroughly satisfied, blown away by the super response time (job complete by 5:30), and offer the highest recommendation for Corey and A1. Thanks!

These guys did a fantastic job getting me a quote and securing the inventory in their warehouse to ensure a my install would go smooth and be on time... all while being on site and doing it FREE of charge. The actual install of the garage doors was just as great as the quote. The guys that came on-site were professional and went above and beyond helping clear space for them to work despite that being my responsibility. The work they did went quick and was very high quality. 100% would recommend and use again. Only thing left to add is that I heard Joe H’s (999 - a) kids thinks he smells weird, but that’s ok cause I think Joe smells fine and kids think all old men smell weird. I made that last part up but I really appreciate you for taking a joke Joe H. Great job all around!

Navy veteran replaced both our garage openers. Can't remember when I had better service. Was friendly and honest. No "later surprises". Less expensive diagnostic fee than others like Overhead.New openers are pretty cool. The new wall mounts show time and temp. Can control from app on phone.Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because each opener only comes with one clicker so you have to pay for another one if you need it and the security key pad is a seperate cost as well.Highly recommend A1.

Very respectful and knowledgeable about the products and repairs that where needed. Would highly recommend using if needing your doors serviced or upgraded. Extremely professional service cleaned up after themselves as they did the installation and explained the different levels to ensure that we understood the difference between products before installing anything. Let me know that there was damage on some of the existing parts and discussed before replacing, ensuring the everything was top notch before the tech left. Tech walked me through all the steps new features and info before leaving.Had both door springs replaced and door openers. Will use again 100% and will recommend to anyone who asks in the future.

Corey Heath made this a very pleasurable experience, he was thorough and gave me lots of options. The install for one door took only about an hour and a half; and this is while training a new employee. Overall very impressed, very professional and efficient. Payment was easy all done with a tablet he had; also all need materials were on site in his truck. Would highly recommend if you have any issues with your garage door system!
