I had a great experience with A1 Garage Door today! technician Damian arrived on time and was pleasant from the beginning to end.Damian inspected my entire garage door system, then he walked me through what caused the issue. I would recommend A1 Garage Doors to anyone who is looking to replace their doors or adding doors to new construction. Drew Van Ess was very professional he never took a break the whole time he was working. He took our old garage down and put the new one. I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. I hope that Drew and all the installers make more money than the sales reps. Drew worked very hard and did a great job putting our new garage door, this job did look like it very labor intense. For working on a Saturday he was very positive and good energy. I was very pleased with the service and also he made sure everything was lined up, and that my new door made no noise. They live up to the name! A1!!!My experience with A1 Garage Door Service was A1 from start to finish. This includes the agent who assisted with scheduling for a tech to come out to the tech, Kyle himself. The receptionist who scheduled service was very friendly and extremely upbeat. Expectations were set regarding how the day of the service appointment would go. Those expectations were met as we received a confirmation text as well as a call prior to the tech coming out followed by a call from the tech himself, followed by texts and emails to let us know he was enroute. Communication is key!Kyle arrived and was pleasant from the beginning. Upon inspection he confirmed that one of our garage door springs was broken and thoroughly explained the options and what each of the options would provide us from life expectancy to warranty information. He was patient while we determined which way we would go and answered all questions. Post installation he went over the fix as well as results of the inspection. Kyle advised on things we could do and offered recommendations on what he would do and explained why. It made sense to us as he showed us what could soon cause issues. We opted to perform the preventive maintenance as well. Before and after photos attachedThe work was done quickly. I'd highly recommend A1 to anyone having garage door issues. The company is professional, well organized and through! Thanks Kyle!

Our tech Nicholas was such a Amazing and a really nice guy. Very respectful and had such great attitude. He was super patient, my daughter was out there, being be needy, and he was understanding. Had a spring break and two vehicles trapped in the garage. Easy to schedule through their website (and on a weekend!) and prompt, next-day response. Damian was polite and professional, and did a fantastic job taking care of the issue and identified some other problems that need to be fixed without any pressure. Tyler and Nick were great, very thorough. I only reduced one star for the cost. While I feel it was fair, it was still on the expensive side and I wish more reviewers had noted that, as I am now seeing quotes for the same job come in 25% cheaper. I am busy and wasn’t able to price quotes before booking the service so I would have appreciated reading this review before booking. However, Tyler definitely did what he could to help me on price and provided added value in checking and tuning up the full system, and replacing the battery in my garage opener. The work is good, no complaints there.

Kyle was exactly on time. Looked at my old 18yr unit and said he could not resurrect it. He showed me what he had available in new units and did a great job on the install, he also changed out the rollers. Now it is so quiet I won’t hear my wife coming home from work, so I really have to have dinner ready. He showed me all the features of the new unit and left everything neat as a pin. Kyle can come back anytime. I did introduce him to Gatorade Zero Apple Sunset flavor so he did learn something from me. Great experience!

Great experience from start to finish! It was easy to get a visit scheduled with their call center. Ryan Houston was our tech and he did a fabulous job getting us new openers, tuning up the other doors, and setting us up on the monthly club membership so that we never again have to worry about maintaining the doors ourselves. In a time where good service is rare to come across, Ryan Houston provided A1 service in repairing my garage and even recommended possible future services. From his arrival to the completion of the job, I was appropriately informed and confident that my garage was in good hands. It is hard to find service this good. Both the receptionist and Kyle (repair tech) were super friendly and helpful. Kyle worked quickly to make all necessary repairs. Pricing was up front and transparent. One small example of the quality service: the repair van made a duvet in my gravel drive. As Kyle was leaving, he noticed and got out of the van to put the rocks back in place. That’s the kind of service that gets repeat customers!

Sharing my experience with Brandon Nesbit and Mark Hines -From the garage door maintenance check to the installation a week later Daniel and Mark were A1 ++ representatives of A1 Garage Door. First the office text their picture before they arrived. Each phoned when they were on the way to the appointment and graciously asked would I like coffee. They were on time and worked expertly as I continued to work and checked on them periodically.Lastly the new insulated garage door works, smoothly and installed with new trim so no more gaps on the sides. CLT Kyle did a superb job repairing our garage door. He was extremely thorough, and explained each phase of his repair and subsequent inspection. He also corrected a few errors made at installation by the developer and the door has not worked this well since we moved in a year and a half ago. He gave me a text letting know he was on his way. Best experience ever! I called to request assistance today at 1pm, and had a tech on the way right when I was able to get hime. Kyle was on point. From working with me to accommodate my arrival time after work, explaining everything about my garage door, what needed to be fixed/replaced, and what can be improved to make it better and more silent, every bit of our interaction was phenomenal. After trying to achieve World Class service for 45 years of my career, I have actually run into a company that has it. 4 Seasons level customer service in the garage repair field? Whaaaat? From the initial call into voice mail on Saturday through 5 star service on Sunday, the experience was amazing. Usually my reviews are short and to the point but this deserves more. The initial greeting and subsequent call back was engaging, warm to the point I wanted to do business with them. I asked the young woman on the phone why she was so happy and she said “I love my job”. Scheduling was a breeze. Mike H., the lead technician, was training a gentleman and his style and communication with his trainee and me was amazing. Great skill and explained everything perfectly. They both said to me “I love my job”! He explained the training process and center they have in AZ. For a company started in 2005, these guys have built an amazing culture and I haven’t found a better service organization EVER. No, I am not related and yes, I highly recommend A1 garage. The experience with A1 garage door was positive all around. I first called another company that never called back. A1 answered right away, the person who took my info was super pleasant and easy to work with. They gave me a window of 1-6. Door spring broke on Sunday evening. I immediately called A1 after they were third 24/7 repair business that came up on google search. I needed door repaired that night. Technician arrived within 30 minutes! Gave a few options for repairs. Reasonably priced. Before you know it he was done with repairs. Very efficient. Even adjusted the drive chain too.
