BEST Garage Door Brands for Your Installation

Our 1978 home was a museum piece until we bought it. Previous owners liked the feel. Smh. That included the Martin garage door components as Christopher with A1 showed me throughout the process. Old parts and bearings on their last leg. Knowing this, I let him replace parts as he continued to find worn out ones. I did my research on A1 and felt confident they would get the job done with no issues. I was never sold materials the door didn’t need and he gave me options on the new springs which I appreciated. Both Christopher and the appt. setter were friendly and respectful. Thank you also for the military discount. I had two other door companies come quote for a simple balance and maintenance and both wanted to sell me on things I don’t need as Christopher agreed we don’t. I appreciate his work and the small talk at the end. A+ for A1 for me

Jeremy was amazing! I backed up into my garage while backing in to park and it wasn’t all the way up. Contacted A1 and they sent someone over within a couple hours. Jeremy was able to pound out the dents and get it back on its track and in working order! I also worked with Jeremy and his team to pick out a new garage door, even though mine was working, we knew it was time for an upgrade! From the text they send you with picture of the technician that will be showing up to your home, to the communication of your appointment is top notch!! Now to the technician himself, Kevin came across as someone you’ve known forever. He was upfront and clear about the repairs necessary, as well as the preventative maintenance. He wasn’t pushy and made sure you had options to choose from based on your budget. He was very thorough about his work and double checked everything before he left. You can tell customer satisfaction was his main goal. I will forever use this company and request Kevin as my technician.
