Joshua Zdroik let us know he was on his way. Showed up when he said he would. He assessed the work to be done and went right to work after explaining what was wrong and how he would fix it. He worked hard and did an amazing job to fix all the mistakes made during the original install when the house was built 4 years ago. We couldn’t have asked for a better job done or a more skilled craftsman to fix everything. He spoke to us clearly, asked if we had any questions, and did a truly commendable job repairing our door. Had a spring break in two on a Friday at noon. Dillon with A1 came out Saturday morning. Changed the springs (they were not of good quality); checked every part for wear and tear. Made recommendations to keep the door working well into the future. He was exceptional in his service and ability. Didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. A1 is a great company and its technicians are the best in the business. Highly recommend them!

Jesse Foster did a great job. He was straightforward and upfront about modifications to my current setup that needed to be made in order to enhance my garage door’s longevity and reliability. He gave me a few choices in options, and after discussing them with him I am confident he gave me sound advice to make the best decision. He arrived early, and even after running into some unforeseen problems, still got the job done in the amount of time he and I talked about. Very professional, quick, and thorough.I couldn’t get other garage door companies to answer or return my calls. I initially wanted to stay local, and thought that some of the smaller local companies would be cheaper. But if they won’t pick up the phone, it doesn’t do you any good. A1 may be a bigger company with a main office in another state but I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. They may even be more expensive, but I think they are worth it. Thanks again!

Absolutely 100% pleased with Jeff Gardner. This guy knows what he's doing, an absolute gentleman and very communicable. We had a great conversation about the door cables. I didn't feel like he was in this to make the day's numbers, rather I felt taken care of. He reall is a Bear of a guy and when I need my doors replaced, better believe this guy will do them. No joke.
