For this Amarr® there are three construction types to choose from: Lincoln LI1000 which has heavy-duty exterior steel but without the insulation, Lincoln LI2000 which has the same heavy-duty steel with the bonus of a layer of vinyl coated insulation that increase the thermal property and enables a quieter operation, and the Lincoln LI3000 that has both the heavy-duty steel with the bonus of a layer of vinyl coated insulation, plus another layer of a steel for added durability and a finished interior look. All of these three construction types are low-maintenance and durable.

Amarr® Lincoln garage door’s CFC-free insulation also causes a relatively higher thermal efficiency that enables a better regulated temperature, provides increased energy efficiency and noise reduction. Plus, this door also incorporates wind load doors that are useful in enduring high pressure with an interior wind load reinforcement system.

Amarr® Lincoln has R-values that range from 6.64 for Lincoln LI2000 to 9.05 for Lincoln LI3000. Lincoln LI1000, Lincoln LI2000, and Lincoln LI3000 have 15 years, 25 years and a lifetime warranty, respectively. While for hardware warranty on the other hand, Lincoln LI1000 has 1 year, Lincoln LI2000 has 2 years, while Lincoln LI3000 has 3 years warranty.

Currently, this garage door model comes with 4 door designs and 19 window designs, and 9 factory finished colors that can be mix and matched to complement any home architecture. This could be further upgraded with a decorative hardware like the Amarr lock and a selection of over 35 window insert and glass designs made with UV inhibitors to prevent fading due to exposure to natural elements.
