Spring broke due to age, bearings and drums also needed replacing. New parts should last another 15 yrs. cables got kinked when spring broke so replaced cables as well for safety. Bottom and second panel are sagging bad needs struts to keep panels from cracking.

2 panels are cracked do to aging and lack of maintenance. Was not caused by hitting door. Needs 2 struts to keep panels straight or replace whole door. Springs are more than likely not going to support extra weight from struts and will need replacing.

Door hung itself sideways due to springs being completely worn out, upon further inspection found bearings to be worn out also and drums were being destroyed by bearings grinding against them. This was not caused by tenant it was in fact due to lack of maintenance on garage door.
