The Infinity Classic TM, with proper maintenance, is made to last. It is made up of 2” thick extruded aluminum 6063-T5 on its frame with tongue and groove joints with compressible foam gasket between section joints. Its top and bottom rail is made with a width of 5-7/8”. For the arches, this collection has a standard 15’-0” radius for doors up to 10’ wide, and 58’-0” radius for single-arched and two 15’-0” for double-arched door that are over 10’ wide.

This garage door collection from Northwest Door is available in 4 ways: (1) ¼” thick non-insulated panels that has white finish, aluminum both sides with laminated polyvinyl and honeycomb core; (2) 0.050 thick aluminum front and back non-insulated panels that has wood grain finish; (3) 1” thick insulated panels that has white finish, aluminum both sides with laminated polyvinyl and polystyrene core; (4) 0.050 thick aluminum front and back insulated panels that has wood grain finish and a 3/8” polystyrene core. Other finishes available for this product are White polycron III finish and 8 wood grain powder coat finish. It even has bottom weather seal that is made of a U-shape loop type vinyl for maximum protection against dust and residue.

For added reliability, Infinity Classic TM is equipped with a heavy-duty 15” or 20” radius torsion hardware, together with a 2” track that is bracket mounted. It has rollers with nylon races which helps it functions smoothly and quietly. What more is that the product has a limited lifetime warranty for consumer’s protection.

2. Design

The Northwest Door Infinity Classic TM comes with a standard 1/8” clear tempered glass for its set-up although there are still many glass options available to choose from. Such could be chosen among the following: a 5/32” solar bronze panel, ¼” clear, ¼” mirrorpane, ¼” plexiglass, ¼” polycarbonate, ¼” bronze,1/2 insulated clear, 7/32” white diffused laminated and more. There are also many available door designs for every type of home. Color options could be any of the following: light and dark ash, light and dark cherry, light and dark fir, mahogany, dark walnut, and white polycron III. Single pane and insulated glass are other options to choose from for the added aesthetic to your homes.
