The Modern Tech TM is constructed with the beauty of aluminum but strength of steel. It incorporates Tongue and Groove joints between sections with Thermal Break. It includes a flexible vinyl joint seal and has a 2” thick High Density EPS with R values = 10.4 and could be upgraded still to R values = 12. It even has bottom weather seal that is made of a U-shape loop type vinyl with adjustable aluminum retainer for maximum protection against dust and residue. Its exterior skin is made up of smooth, heavy duty 24 gauge steel and an 18 gauge steel end white caps. The interior skin on the other hand is of embossed white wood grain.

Standard panel type for this is the Contemporary Flush Smooth and finish is baked on polyester enamel. What more is that the product has a limited lifetime warranty for consumer’s protection.
