We were looking for a program that would allow us to maintain our garage door. Eduardo came out and taught us so much about our garage door. My garage door stuck at the top after 20 years of service. Emailed this group and they sent out Cody the next day. He did a great job. Carefully explained the problem and the various solutions. The motor was toast basically because the spring was not helping with the door weight. They replaced the motor, spring coils and a number of bearings. The new opener is state of the art with wifi, camera and almost soundless. Being notified when the door opens helps keep track of coming and goings.Recommend this group completely.

The spring on our garage door busted on New Year’s Eve and I was heading out of town Two days later for a business trip and I didn’t know who to call, but I remembered seeing ads in the mail and seeing ads on TV and hearing ads on the radio about A1 garage doors And looked them up and saw that they have 24/7 service So I set up an appointment for New Year’s Day. They texted me a confirmation and emailed me a confirmation in the next morning. I received a phone call that said that they could even get there earlier than my appointment. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the whole process and give me all of my options. The repair was done in a timely manner, and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. I didn’t even get charged a premium for New Year’s Day, and I was able to use a coupon I found online. I would definitely use them again and have full confidence in them.

Cody Graham knows his stuff. And he's fast and thorough. Our garage door is quieter than when it was new. We had A1 repair a broken spring 11 years ago. Had Cody do a tune up and replace opener that was bad. Showed us all that needed replacing and all the bad parts. Cleaned up afterward and is a very nice person. We just had our garage door serviced by Austin Taylor. What an amazing person. He was so helpful and thorough in explaining what he found. Cody, the tech, was fantastic. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. He went over all options and we agreed on a new opener with upgraded springs and rollers. I called A-1 and was promptly given an appointment for later that dayJordon arrived on time. He was friendly but very professional. I told him of the issue I was having with the garage. He explained that he was going to perform a complete check on the garage and then tell me his findings and the cost.When he was done he told me what my main issue was and gave me his recommendations for future repairs. He was not at all pushy. I trusted what he was telling me. Price was reasonable for the repair. I will definitely be calling A1-Garage for future service

Steve & Ivan were the Garage Door service technicians. They performed a total Garage Door replacement & Rebuild. The parts were original when my home was built in 2008. I had them install Lifetime Door springs. In the past at a different home the springs broke and we were stuck inside the garage Door. Didn't want that to happen again. The service guys were quick and efficient and very friendly I highly recommend A1 Garage Door company.

Had my garage door come crashing down from a broken spring as we were moving in to our home. Justin T. came out and was friendly, factual, and professional. Justin was able to show other shortcomings from prior repairs that were not right. He gave us the good, the bad, and the ugly in thorough detail. Made a stressful situation an ease. Justin even gave a line up of options since we wanted a bit of connectivity with our door and a bit of security. A1 was even able to get the repair completed before the moving truck made it to the house. Will be using A1 for all my maintenance and other future needs.

Shane and the whole team at A1 definitely get 5 stars for their service and work on our garage door. I came home late Saturday evening from work to a broken garage door, and after one phone call (where I was able to actually speak to a person within a minute) she had them scheduled to be there the following morning. The communication was great. I got an email immediately that reminded me of the appointment, and I received a phone call when they were on their way, and they made it well within their time window (8A-1P). Their inspection was efficient and they quickly diagnose the problem (broken spring), and gave the recommendation and options to fix it. Truthfully, everything was way pricier than I was hoping it would be, but they did a really good job of explaining what to do and why and were not high pressure with upgrades. My Google search of price comparisons seems like they were definitely in a normal price range though. And they were so fast and I have a perfectly working garage door again. They even lubed everything and made sure nothing else was on the brink of breaking. Top notch service.

Kevin Herrington was absolutely amazing. Our garage door was damaged and he came out the next day with a trainee to fix it.I sat in the garage the entire time and he was very nice, explained everything to me and definitely helped calm my anxiety over the whole situation. Kevin Harrington was amazing. Kevin with A-1 garage doors did a great job. I needed a new door seal and tune up. He got them done and balanced the door so it had the correct tension on it. He was very personable and communicated all the steps and work he was doing. Also alert me to potential repairs in the future. The cost was reasonable, I would highly recommend them.

Kevin P, was the best technician that I’ve ever experienced. He provided a detailed explanation and walked me through every part of the garage motor recommendation/replacement, based on how old our motor was and what our issues were to bring them out. Everything from start to finish went perfect. The operator on the phone was very polite and courteous. When Mario called he gave me an estimated time and wanted to bring me coffee. I could not believe it. But it's true he got right to work and fix the garage door to where it works perfect now. I will never use the company that had tried to fix it before. Alex was amazing. First of all he was prompt and called us to let us know when he was going to be on her way. He listen to my husband and his concerns that we had with our current garage door. He did a great job of looking over everything making sure that we had the right springs and tension bars. He noticed that even though the door seem to be working fine that the weight of the door was causing issues with the springs and the tension bar as well as the wires. He let us know what needed to be replaced and the cost immediately. Alex got to work right away and had completed everything in less than 45 minutes. Our garage door sounds amazing and opens very smoothly.

From start to finish a great service experience. Chris and his technician explained what they were going to do and what the coats would be. After troubleshooting they zeroed in on the problem and how it could be addressed. I went for the fix it now so it won't happen again scenario and they had it handled promptly. Chris also pointed out a future issue that might show up in the future. I didn't have the budget for that replacement now but it'll be handled in the not so distant future. Chris signed me up for their annual service (which I have for other items) and I agreed with Chris that it would take the worry away by getting that set up now. Since it includes a discount on future service I guess I'll have that spring replacement scheduled sooner then I thought. This was the best experience I've had with a garage door repair in over fifty plus years as a home owner in two states. Keep up the great work. My only regret was that I could only rate Chris and his technician at five stars instead of six plus. Thank you.

The guys that come to fix your garage are really great. Justin walked me through all the necessary adjustments. Just be aware that this is a pricey service. I do recommend getting a few quotas before making a choice. They normally don’t give you a quote in the phone and will have to come out and look at things. However, they did a fantastic job and everything looks and works great.

Justin came out and was very honest with me and basically said that my garage door is pretty beat up and although my spring is truly broken, it was actually the wrong spring for my 16 foot garage and let me know was transparent enough to let me know that they weren’t going to be the cheapest out there, but the quality of their product Would be beneficial to my home and add value to my home and that there is great financing to make it affordable so I am keeping them in mind. A1 Garage was awesome. The person assisting me even offered for a technician to come on the spot. I had them come at a later time but the fact that it was offered was awesome. Dylan (the technician) was great! He was professional, informative and recommended solutions that were necessary to fix my garage and all of its functionalities to use at its optimal capacity. He didn't recommend anything that wasn't necessary. When my husband came home to his newly operating door he was extremely impressed with Dylan's work. As you can imagine, having to replace garage doors parts is not high on anyone's list of 'wants', but Justin made this process SO easy; he was kind, and took the time to explain the process, our financing options, and made sure we understood how the parts all worked together as a whole. At no point did we ever feel that we were being sold something unnecessarily. By the time all the work was done, it was clear that Justin knew exactly what he was doing, and the end product (a smooth, quiet open and close) reflected his ability, and technical prowess. We would absolutely would do business with A1 again, and that is in large part to Justin, and his friendly disposition, and professional manner.

We recently had a new garage door package installed and unfortunately one of our brand new springs broke about 12 months after it was replaced. I was a little concerned at first about whether or not it would be covered under warranty but after getting to the right person, they were able to cover the repair at zero cost to me! And they replaced both springs and performed comprehensive inspection of the door which also included replacing the rollers and cables!! All staff professional and personable.Tech Zach was respectful, professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable and on time.Every new install needs a magnet and or contact number if anything goes wrong but ,more importantly, readily available for sharing with neighbors ON the back of the door.I’m not going in the house or pulling out my phone, they can have a magnet or photograph the info needed to become a customer. 👍🏿

I have used A1 Garage services before and I’m still impressed with this company. The techs are always friendly, efficient, and well educated. When our garage door first went out, the tech came and found a lasting solution to tie us over while we waited for the new door to come in. Jason, who installed our new door was also great and just took a couple hours to get it all set and in place. We now know we have a door that will last us at least 20 years!

From the get go the company seems super friendly and awesome. From the text they send you with picture of the technician that will be showing up to your home, to the communication of your appointment is top notch!! Now to the technician himself, Kevin came across as someone you’ve known forever. He was upfront and clear about the repairs necessary, as well as the preventative maintenance. He was excellent, explaining what he was doing and why, gave me all the options available and truly made me feel like he cared about the job he was doing and my satisfaction. Brandon and Andrew were fantastic. The customer service we received from them was 5-star. They clearly and patiently answered our questions so that we can fully understand what the problem was with our garage doors. They listened to our concerns and needs so they could offer the best options to replace the old ones. We made the appointment for one door that would not open. They took the time to look at the other two doors. This is when they saw the same broken part. They took photos so we could see it too. They are included in this review. It was only a matter of time before the other door’s chain would no longer be able to open the door. We were spared having to go through this again. 2023…. Ugh!! This year has been full of unexpected emotional stress. Things break that is the reality of life and being a homeowner means you get to pay for it! So back in 2020 we replaced our garage door unit, new belt and replaced rollers etc… Well that technician didn’t do a full inspection and big shocker spring broke. I called A1, and the person I spoke to was friendly booked an appointment for a technician to come on a day and time that was convenient for me. Loved the fact that they had the availability and flexibility to book us in fast. Loved that I was sent a photo and information about the technician who would be in my home. Unfortunately the world doesn’t seem as safe. So having the face and information made me feel comfortable.Jonathan F. was our technician today. From the first knock on the door to the hand shake good bye. He was 100% professional, empathetic, kind, & thorough. He was honest and gave me the “why” behind every recommendation. He found underlying issues that the first tech should have spotted. Yes, more stuff needed to be replaced and repaired and yes… I was pissed!! Like super pissed!! However Jonathan gave me the space to be frustrated and ask questions. He answered all my questions and gave me multiple options. He told me about the sales team and how he could have them contact me and give me estimates with financing options if needed. That fact that I was given multiple options truly impressed me. I didn’t feel rushed or manipulated. Jonathan reassured me that no matter which option I chose, he would help to the best of his ability.Jonathan was honest & patient fixed everything he said he would. He provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!!I don’t know anyone who wants to spend a lot of money on garage doors. Was this fix “cheap” no. However, I do believe you pay for what you get. Today I received exceptional customer service. What was broken is now fixed. I’ve become a member of “Worry Free Club” for a annual fee but for me and my family worth every penny!!So maybe A1 is not the “cheapest” … but I can say they are the best in the valley in my opinion after today. Jeremy was amazing! I backed up into my garage while backing in to park and it wasn’t all the way up. Contacted A1 and they sent someone over within a couple hours. Jeremy was able to pound out the dents and get it back on its track and in working order! I also worked with Jeremy and his team to pick out a new garage door, even though mine was working, we knew it was time for an upgrade! Let's give a shout out to the team of Mario and Jonathon. I had ruined a remote forgetting to take it out of the pocket when I went swimming. I also needed repair of the opener on the wall and wanted one installed on my outside wall. Mario was very thorough in explaining what he could offer and gave my spouse and I several options. Jonathon showed us how our present garage operation was made up of bits and pieces of several models and was quite outdated. We had been wanting to upgrade but not replace the door. We agreed to a new opener as well as an upgrade consisting of new brackets to replace several that were broken. The new internet connected opener, wall feature, repair of the present door, and the outside opener has my spouse and I feeling really good. All the new technology such as the garage camera, temperature readout, and internet connectivity makes this a really fun purchase. Instead of the old noisy opener we now have one that is almost whisper quiet. My spouse and I thank Mario, Jonathon and A1 for the fine service and product line. And finally, it was 102 in the garage. Thanks again.

I placed a work order because my opener control was working intermittently. That problem was taken care of. Additionally, during a test it detected the springs that aid with the retraction of the garage door were worn. It was suggested that. I have the springs replaced. I had the springs replaced and the garage door was tested upon completion and everything checked ok. The technicians performed a great job. Very experienced and professional. I would recommend A1 to anyone having garage door problems. Excellent work.

Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.

The springs went out on my garage today (the Sunday after Thanksgiving). I live in a safe area but the thought of leaving my car out overnight was a concern for me.I had no idea who to call so I yelped it and based on the reviews, found A1 Garage Door Service.They were able to get me on the schedule today. The service tech (Carl) was very polite and walked me through my options. They have amazing customer service from my original call through installation.I gave 4 stars because I didn’t see the invoice until after the technician left. There’s an $85 “Mobile Convenience Fee” that says “Fee will be waived if paid by cash or check”. Had I known about this fee, I would’ve paid via check instead of my credit card and saved $85.But overall I’m very happy with A1!

He took the time to explain the different level of products that they sold and what you are actually getting at each price point. Jaime was our repair tech who came out today and he was awesome! Worked fast and did a great job. Unfortunately our garage door needs to get completely replaced and with supply chain issues, it will be 8-10 weeks. So Jaime was able to fix the door where we can use it in the meantime and is putting the fee for today towards the price of a new door. Justin was the manager we worked with for buying a new door and he truly cared about us getting the best quality door for the best price. He arrived on time 8:30am in a clean uniform and a thoughtful mask covering. He had a real enthusiasm to accomplish what we detailed to him about our repair needs. Corey listened and offered options for repair or replacement. The detailing of our options choices including pricing that helped us make a comfortable and great decision. We were so very impressed with Connor and the outstanding service and professionalism he provided on behalf of A1 garage. Our logic board started to go out and so the garage door intermittently wouldn't close. Connor did a full assessment and safety inspection and presented us with several options providing the full pros and cons of each. Within a couple of hours he had not only replaced our unit, but even went a little bit further and programmed our car so we can now open and close it from the vehicle. He was smart, capable, clean and did a fabulous job. We recommend this vendor wholeheartedly!!!

Very friendly and understanding tech, really appreciate the work done by Christopher D. and A1. Definitely recommend Christopher D. as your technician if you can request him, one of the best experiences I’ve had in repair services. He was very sociable and knowledgeable which made the whole experience much better. He talked me through the whole process and I didn’t feel nervous asking questions, very understanding individual.

Best customer service!! Unfortunately my entire garage door system decided to give up today. Made a call to schedule repair and within 5 hours A1 to the rescue. My professional tech Roy J did an amazing job. Right from the start he explained what happened to our garage and what the best plan of action would be. He never once made me feel pressed on what he recommended we do and it made the process a lot less stressful. When he completed the job his clean up was amazing and he made sure to walk me through the completed job and new features. I am proud to have A1 sign advertised on my front lawn.

We recently bought a home that had 15 year old garage doors and hardware that had not really been touched since original installation. I made an appointment online (which was incredibly easy) and Kyle E. was our tech. He did a great job evaluating the doors and figuring out what they needed and presented me with all the options. Ultimately we decided to replace the openers, rollers, springs, bearings, etc. Pretty much everything but the door panels were replaced. He got it all done on both doors in a short time and did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. If I were to have one small complaint, it would be that the prices of the materials/parts was just a bit high. But, to know they have a great warranty, were installed by a professional, and the job is done right makes it well worth it. I would without a doubt recommend A1, and Kyle specifically. He was awesome! Thank you A1!

I called to find out if they service our area and they did. Did not know what to really expect, but decided to give it a try based on reviews/ratings. I am so happy I did.First the tech, Craig, came out and tried to fix our garage door opener. Thought he had it all taken care of but before he got through getting it all set and working it started doing its own thing again.Only option was to purchase a new one. Not something we wanted to do, but happy we decided on the one we could use our phone to close or open and check to see if we left it open. It is so quiet and now can't hear the door going up and down inside the house. Didn't want to spend the money, but unfortunately we had no choice.I would highly recommend this company as they don't leave you hanging. The tech was excellent and how he was able to put in the opener by himself was something to see.If you are looking for a company that is responsive and techs that are good at their job. You can't go wrong with A1!

Found them online. Got us in for an appointment the following morning. Devin S. was here for us right away. He showed up with a professional attitude and a courteous smile. Eager to help address the problem. Once I explained our situation he took a quick look and realized immediately it was our springs. Unfortunate for us to find out the brand our door is made by is no longer, so a conversion was necessary. As any customer we worry about the cost. Devin explained we had options available to us. My husband was not home so Devin was polite and patient enough to explain everything again to him over the phone. He managed to get us a discountand save us some money which saved us all together. We gave him approval for the work and he had everything done and working better than it did the day we moved in (11 yrs ago new build). He explained everything to me and was so friendly. Before leaving he asked if we would be willing to allow him to place a sign in our front yard representing the company and him. Without hesitation I agreed. I am so grateful for A1 Garage Door Service and Devin and I will be definitely recommending at every opportunity I get.

I am impressed by the efficiency of A1 Garage Door Service! I rally liked the security of seeing who the tech who was coming to fix my garage door in an email. Also being able to track the truck in the neighborhood, with arrival time counting down, to his arrival.Mr Craig J 073-T ( tech ) was great. I didn’t feel ‘up sold’, he let me know what was a available, and the cost. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.I am so very pleased with the quality of work that was done. I will refer A1 to my friends!

We just had Justin T out to replace our springs and he was fantastic. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the product/services at every price point. We did not feel pressured into any decision and felt like we were given the most information to make the best decision for our home goals. Very friendly, professional, and easy to have in your home. We felt safe with them and that they were honest about our garage door situation. Highly Recommend

A1 Garage Door is a group of professionals who are organized, knowledgeable & friendly. They always answered all my questions & concerns. They called back when they said they would, & showed up when they said they would.These people do exceptionally great work, & we love our new door- it’s beautiful!David Cote went above and beyond the call of duty, & far exceeded my expectations. He took time to talk to me on several occasions, & sent me an interesting article about garage doors.They say it’s the service after the sale that counts, & that’s when David shined. He was SO kind & helpful to me before the door was installed, & told me I can always call him with any issues after the sale too. David did not disappoint. I had an issue shortly after installation, that was my fault. David promptly rectified the issue, & was every bit as nice about it, as he was prior to installation. David Cote is a wonderful man, & true to his word. A1- you’re lucky to have David on board!

A1's service and prices are excellent. I decided it was time to replace my garage door after a roofrack incident bent/damaged the door to the point where it wouldn't close properly. I dealt with manually opening and closing it for about a year before I decided I couldn't handle the hassle anymore. A1 came out, explained how the system worked so I could make informed decisions, walked me through the the options and prices, and I appreciated that there was pressure to replace components that didn't need replacing. A week later I had a new door installed that looks fantastic and works properly! They arrived on schedule so I was able to continue with my day on schedule. They finished while I was at work but sent me a photo of the completed job and I was able to pay through their online portal. All and all, I had a great experience and would recommend A1 to anyone looking to have work done on their garage door system.UPDATE: When I replaced the garage door I opted not to replace the opener since that was still working fine. However, it finally failed last week so I gave A1 a call. They had someone out a couple days later, on Christmas Eve no less, to replace it. I now have a fancy, new high-tech opener that I absolutely love. Another great experience with A1.

Rory and Brandon took SUCH good care of us! They were so pleasant and polite, and did such a great job. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I even got one for the next day. They came within the window quoted. They were honest about the work we needed done, and finished installing an entire new system in less than 3 hours. They offered me a military discount which I thought was great!Their customer service is unmatched. When Rory called me to let me know he was 20 minutes out from my home, he said he would be stopping at Circle K to get drinks before heading over and he asked if there was anything he could pick up for me while at Circle K. I declined, but wow, what a gesture! I SO appreciated how thoughtful and kind he was! It's the little things!I will definitely be using them in the future for any garage door needs I have AND I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Cory was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions so I could make a wise decision as to whether I should replace or repair. Choosing to replace, we went over all my options. Cory was a pleasure to work with. He did not make me feel like I was going through the grind of dealing with s car salesman. I will update this post after the new door is installed and painted.Door install went great. New door works perfectly. Unfortunately, the painter was not so good. Not only did he not paint the part of the door behind the weather stripping, he also missed spots. When I pointed them out he said he would leave the leftover paint so I could touch it up. Not very professional. The unpainted part behind the weather stripping shows every time to door is opened or closed. Changing review to a 4 star. Door install and service were 5 star, but paint was 2 star.

Russ came out for our estimate and was personable and professional. Was on time exactly for our appointment and answered all of our questions.When the garage door replacement took place, the technician was also exactly on time and very professional. Jason Salazar was very friendly and did a great job. Extreme attention to detail and you can tell this guy enjoys his career. My garage door was completely replaced in short time but not because it was rushed; because this guy was just that good. Highly recommend this company and Jason as a technician. As a tradesman myself I know how to spot a hard worker who cares about the quality of his work and this company has both traits!

I cannot thank Mario at A1 Garage enough! He came out the same day, and after hours to repair my garage! He was on time, courteous, explained everything to me, and went over the quote prior to the service. No surprises! I really appreciated the same day availability. Not many companies offer that, 24/7 hours or are even open on a Sunday! I will definitely recommend and use again in the future! Thanks again for being awesome!

We called A1 due to our garage door not being installed correctly which lead to it collapsing in itself right down the middle. I spoke with them around 3 in the afternoon and by 530 pm I had Justin and Steve at my house. They got right to work, asking what we were looking to do, what we were looking for, and they provided their expert advice when we weren't sure. Steve and Justin started measuring and while they were working they were very professional but personable. We talked about more than just the garage door as I asked different questions. It was more than just a sale to them. Once my wife and I chose what we wanted to replace our doors with we received a call to schedule the install. Nathan came out to install our doors. I was surprised it was only one person to do two doors in a window of 4 hours. I didn't think he would have enough time but he finished in just over 3 hours, cleaned up after his work and again the professionalism from this team was amazing. We have since recommended them to a family friend of ours who is also in need of some garage door help. Thank you Justin, Nathan, and Steve!
