1. Construction

C.H.I. follows the three steps below in the creation of the Accents Woodtones collection:

Step 1: Hand select premium lumber.

Chi garage doors prides itself in carefully selecting premium lumber that is milled with precision to uncover the unique patter grain of each board. Only the highest quality boards are chosen to be part of the Accent Woodtones family.

Step 2: Digitally craft each door.

The company uses high resolution digital scanning to capture the wood details in order for the design engineers to digitally construct each door. This allows for the crafting of a non-repeating grain pattern in order to reflect the true color and appeal of real wood.

Step 3. Flawlessly create every section.

The finished garage door is treated with an industry leading UV topcoat which provides years of protection from the natural elements.

All C.H.I Accents Woodtone doors are made with premium 2″ triple layer steel panels, and are backed with the industry’s best warranty 6 years on hardware and 3 years on springs.

2. Design

To enhance the appearance and endurance of each Accents Woodtones garage door, you have the option to add in powder coated hardware, nylon rollers and a 25,000 cycle heavy-duty spring.

This collection is also available in Windbreaker and iSeries doors, with structural enhancements that provide additional defense against the elements.

The Accents Woodtones garage door collection is available in different styles:

• Raised Panel – can be available in dark oak with optional Madison inserts and obscure glass.
• Stamped Carriage House – can be available in driftwood with optional Madison inserts and standard spade hardware.
• Planks – can be available in cedar.
• Flush overlay – can be available in mahogany with standard space hardware, optional Stockton inserts and plain glass.
