Sam from Denver was just out to look at my opener that was loose in my main garage. He not only tightened it but noticed sensors not working; He fixed that and wrapped the wiring that was not done on original install. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Don's Garage door

We got a new door from then about 5 months ago. It has made weird noses a few times but they always come out and look/fix it with no problems. They are always nice and explain everything to us. Phaelan was a great technician! He was friendly, kind, on time, and fix the door better then new. We are enjoying our new garage door from A1 immensely!

Kyle G came to repair our garage door that would hang up when opening or closing. He replaced the springs and gave us 3 options thoroughly explaining the differences. We opted for the best quality. I was so impressed with the time Kyle took to adjust the springs making sure the door operated smoothly. He also replaced the rollers with a high quality product (again our choice). My neighbor was having work done to his garage. I talked with him while the Garage Door was being replaced. I then looked A1 up online to make sure there credible and if you get a receipt for work. Need it for later resale information. Called the number on the truck and made an appointment. Everything went great today for my garage door repair. Recommend to at least give these guys a call first.

Great service all around. Dominique was fantastic on the phone with me while I was panicking that my garage door wouldn’t close. The technician, Joshua, was able to diagnose the problem with the door quickly (motor was shot and the spring and motor weren’t quite strong enough to lift our door) and talk us through all the options for replacement. He was very polite all day, despite working in a 90°+ garage, and very quick with the installation.

Very positive experience with our garage door tuneup and roller replacement. Our tech Jesse was very friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about any costs we may incur if we chose to have recommended servicing done. At no point did I feel blindsided with hidden fees or charges. I plan to have some of the recommended maintenance done in the next couple weeks and hope Jesse is able to be out here and do it. Joshua was absolutely fantastic. A-1 was able to get us in on our timeline and then called, emailed, and texted to let me know he was on the way. Joshua Zdroik let us know he was on his way. Showed up when he said he would. He assessed the work to be done and went right to work after explaining what was wrong and how he would fix it. He worked hard and did an amazing job to fix all the mistakes made during the original install when the house was built 4 years ago. We couldn’t have asked for a better job done or a more skilled craftsman to fix everything. He spoke to us clearly, asked if we had any questions, and did a truly commendable job repairing our door. The Technician was very nice, on time, definitely knew what he was doing, and completed the job very quickly. Not only did he replace our broken garage door springs, but he also checked the entire garage door and the garage door opener for any other issues. He lubricated all of the moving parts, and replaced the missing pull down release cord. We were very pleased with his work. I would DEFINATELY recommend A1 Garage Door Service to anyone who needs to have work done on their garage door or their garage door opener.

From start to finish A1 Garage Doors we’re prompt, courteous, and exemplary in their communications, reminders, and services. I had to reschedule the estimate several times due to family emergencies and they were gracious about this and, after a reasonable time, checked in with me. The installers were great. They even interrupted their work to help my son who’d fallen and gotten hurt. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Taylor was AMAZING! He called on the way, did an inspection and kept us updated throughout what turned into extensive repairs. His focus was safety and honesty, but he was also very friendly and engaging, made us feel comfortable. Also got an expert on the phone to help with decisions on the spot about new garage door. My garage door springs broke yesterday evening. Gave A1 a call right after and they were able to get me scheduled for the morning after. Dylan and Josh came out and immediately assessed the garage and told me what the issue was. Told me what they were going to do step by step and worked quickly and efficiently. They gave me a detailed overview of everything after they were finished which was nice. I also appreciate how Dylan explained what needed to be replaced and what looked okay still so they're not trying to just rack up the bill by adding unnecessary parts and labor charges. So far, so good! Was dismayed that a simple repair ended up requiring replacement of key parts. However, the springs were 23 years old at least, so the new parts made sense. Tech was very friendly, intelligent, explained clearly and did the work efficiently. Gave me best discounts for which I qualified.

Quick, clean, and provided a fair price. A handyman service was going to charge me four times as much to install the garage opener. A1 stuck to their price, kept their appointment and provided optimum service. The only complaint I have is that they failed to mention the $25 service fee.

Can't say enough good things about this company. I called them at 5:30pm on a Wednesday and had a new opener installed by Devin less than 24 hours later. My service technician Justin assessed the problem and explained what he needed to do to fix it. I live in a shared garage community. Our garage door keypad quit working and Josh S. came out on an emergency visit to do the repair. He was incredibly professional. Our commercial garage door opener needed to be replaced and Josh worked until 11PM to get it fixed. It was a complicated system to detangle and he had a great attitude. Our garage door wouldn't close regularly- sometimes it would stop half way down, sometime a few inches from the floor. Called and someone came out 2 hours later- which was amazing. Manuel realigned the beams (about 4 minutes work) and it was fixed- no charge. Was very impressed and will absolutely call them again if we have further trouble. Great company.

I contacted A-1 to replace my garage door opener. they came out quickly and discussed several options. no pressure, James Conner, explained some different models, some pros and cons of each, and made my decision very easy. He and the other tech (sorry, don't remember his name) were very professional and quickly installed the new unit. All along the way they explained how everything worked and were patient in explaining how to set up the wifi connections, etc. A very good experience...5 star!

Joseph was my technician and he was patient, professional, kind and he went above and beyond to ensure I was all set up. I also got a 5% discount and he did both doors for a fair price. I also like that A1 was flexible with time brackets and they were also easy to schedule with compare to home Depot. Lastly, I didn't have a tip to give Joseph and he was understanding about it so I'm grateful I went with A1 and will definitely go with them next time.

Phenomenal; experience! I am brand new to Denver and the house I moved into needed work on both garages. I called yesterday and they sent Ben out today! I was amazed at the customer service I received on the phone.Then Ben showed up at our house (he called 40 minutes out to tell me he was on his way) and I was impressed from the first minute. Prompt service, arrived early. Technician was knowledgeable and experienced. Was quick and got my 10ft door up and running.I have no complaints about the service I received.The labor price is very fair as well.They do get you on parts. They are much higher in cost compared to others in the area. The proprietary springs they offer are awesome!I would for sure use the repair service again.The new doors I will likely go with another company they use tiered level pricing, it was over the cost of the commercial application I quoted with another vendor. I verified the door brand series and hardware they used. Still a much lower cost elsewhere. Parts pricing is not competitive. (Not including springs)I believe in giving a fair review. This is my opinion however make sure you bid the door service and parts quality as they do use better parts.Sorry guys you will not be installing my new door.-James

Garage door opener replaced . . Lift Master mid grade with 5 year warranty. James Foster the installer was polite, very efficient and thorough. The work was excellent, although kinda pricey. Worth it to me since the company was very communicative about arrival time, and came the next day after my opener went on the fritz. I'd recommend highly.
