Very informative about the overall condition of unit, including springs. Based on his testing, the 2 yr springs were starting to wear. He was ready to replace at no charge As they were still under warranty Or presented options on longer lasting springs. I chose to go with better springs. Again, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend using them if you are having issues with your garage door based on quality of work and availability.

    These guys were simply amazing. They were so respectful, kind and caring. The job they did was so very complete with passion of doing an excellent outcome for us. We have had many people come to our home for diffrent services but these guys were second to none. They even gave me a little history of A-1 Garage Door service and spoke highly about "Tommy". It's great to hear employees be so positive of their company and owner of the company. This says alot of both the employee and the company culture.

    Professionalism is great! Good communication. Unfortunately, they sent him with the wrong parts the first trip so we had to wait another five days so that he could finish the job with the correct parts. so far really happy with the finished product.

    Charles came out 2 days before Christmas and changed out our springs. He was very professional, informative and easy to work with. Definitely knows what his doing. From start to finish our experience has been outstanding. I really appreciated the 20 min text to let me know they were coming. I’d recommend A1 to anyone, thanks you for your help.

    Andrew was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He even asked me if I wanted something from the gas station he was stopping at before his arrival. I thought that was very considerate of him. This is the second time I’ve used A1 and I will definitely use them in the future. Side note, those red springs are awesome and speak for themselves when you see the difference in quality.

    He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything I had questions about, and went through the entire system to confirm order accuracy. He completely removed my old door motor/panels/parts to a beautiful new door/motor system with associated remote/panel! Very fast install and highly recommend the rectangle design vs. the traditional 4 square across panels!!

    Excellent service from Troy Lawson! He was able to get our questions quickly fixed and is a very great guy. He also recommended some things we needed to get fixed as well. Also, we received great customer service from other workers such as getting a same day appointment and letting know when Troy would be at our residence. Next time we need something for our garage we are definitely calling A1 Garage Door Service again and will probably request Troy since he was so great!

    Great job!The springs on my garage door snapped due to the age of the door and cold weather. I contacted A1 and they were very responsive to my need to have the repair completed in a timely manner as my vehicle was locked in the garage. Joshua responded to the request for service, assessed the issues and diagnosed the needs. He was prepared with both the products necessary to complete the task and the knowledge to install the parts successfully resolving the problem. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job! First rate! My full recommendation for both A1 and Joshua.
