    A couple days ago we had Michael complete the annual maintenance on our two garage doors. We assumed we were going to require new motors and we did. We were fortunate enough to have Adam show up that afternoon to install motors. Both men did outstanding service/installation work and we are beyond pleased.

    This review is for A1 garage door company and their technician Vincent Pettes. I want to commend the ease of scheduling and on-going communication as well as Vincent’s performance in repairing our garage door. Vincent arrived on time after communicating with me and presented himself in a warm manner before completing the job efficiently and with consideration in explaining his work. I would not hesitate to refer A1 and Vincent.

    Thomas was so patient. I admit to being very challenging, and he dealt with me both fairly and kindly. Great workmanship and attention to detail. He walked me though the issues and resolutions very professionally, and made me feel very satisfied as a customer and with his service.     Scheduling was easy on the phone. Phaelan was our technician and when he came out it was apparent that our 17 year old doors and openers were going to need more than a minor tuneup. The 2 car door had had the spring replaced once some years ago. He spent 4 hours (stayed late until about 7 -8 pm) and replaced both springs, worked on one motor and the glides?, replaced one opener - pretty much replaced everything that could be except for one opener. He was very good at explaining everything, sent pictures, etc. It was more expensive than we expected but I’m not taking a star away for that because we didn’t have time to “shop around”. The doors are so much quieter and work well and I like that they will be out to inspect and service in one year for free and also that many parts are warranted for life. Thank you Phaelan for your hard work!

    Conner was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and answered our questions on product and payment options. One of our very old garage doors finally gave out and the very next day, a Saturday, Conner was here!David T. helped complete our order with humor and professionalism and helped mitigate the financial constraints.A mere 4 days later: David A! Phenomenal job! Photo far right ‘before’ picture: 48 years old, stained, wood, trim falling off, practically non-existing poor quality insulation, totally dysfunctional garage doors. ‘After’ pictures (left) (-sorry about the truck partially blocking right side door view) BEAUTIFUL, quiet, insulating, and amazing trim! David went above and beyond regarding new key pad, removing old key pad (non-functioning) and remotes (we’ve been manually opening and closing those garage doors for years!). So helpful! So friendly! Wonderful job! We are so happy - been wanting to do this for years!!! Thank you A1: Conner, David T, and David A! We couldn’t have asked for or received a better experience anywhere else! (Even neighbors came by with smiles.) And the peace of mind that any maintenance is taken care of for years to come and we won’t have to think again about purchasing garage doors! Thank you A1 Garage Door Service!!! You truly are everything your name says you are!

    Brandon is awesome!! Great customer service is tough to find these days, but he exceeds my expectations and walks me through everything and answered any questions. This is why I will always use A1 and would like to have Brandon come to my house every time…but maybe not possible:). Of course there are other companies out that that can do the work, but your people make the difference and that is more important than always getting the lowest price. Thanks again and I hope Brandon gets a raise/recognition regarding the excellent work he did today. See you next time!

    Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
