    Called A1 to schedule a spring garage door tuneup and inspection, which turned out to be a good thing we did. Based on the inspection, there were several recommendations that needed to be completed to either avoid a complete failure in the future with potential additional damages or fix it now proactively. Matt / Ashley were prompt and very professional in assessing the existing garage door condition and then provided recommendations to address the issues. Once a decision was made to fix the problems, Matt / Ashley proceeded with the work and completed it within the same day with great efficiency and attention to details. Matt made several recommendations that made sure the total solution was best making sure the whole garage door operation was optimal. From pricing perspective, because we went with the best A1Spring solution Matt worked with us to bring pricing into a reasonable level that provided additional value to the overall deal that made it ideal for the cost incurred.     Really awesome service, they came out quickly, were very friendly and efficient, and within 45 minutes I could park inside my garage again. They took the time to explain what they were doing and didn't pressure us into buying anything. I'm very happy with this company! Mario and Josh did a fantastic job. We had a different company come out and give us a quote before, but we ultimately chose A1 because of their lifetime warranty and quality parts.

    I had a fabulous experience with Devin from A1 Garage Door Service.Prior to consulting with A1, I'd had different company look at the door. It wasn't sealing to ground, creating an opportunity for critters to enter. The prior company made some tweaks to the existing weather stripping (which helped only slightly) pointed out some problems with the door, and told me I needed a new one.Devin looked at the issue, told me the door was only six years old, and explained not only what the problem was, but why it was a problem. He adjusted the door and opener, put on proper size bracing (improperly sized bracing had created part of the issue), replaced the narrow old rubber seal with a thicker one that fully sealed to the ground, and charged me 1/7 of what the other company had quoted me for a new door.Devin was cheerful and respectful and because he came equipped with the necessary repair parts already stocked on his truck, he was able to complete the work on the spot in no more than an hour and a half, rather than me having to schedule a second appointment to get the work done.A1 is where I will go when the time comes to buy a new door.

    Well he just left so see in the days to come how it is,called for tune up ended up getting new wheels told will be better.but he said he checked and did everything should be good to go.so if all goes good with work done plus he was very polite,i will say there the best company out there,ill give up date in a week

    Excellent work in a timely manner! Chris, our technician, was fantastic! He took time to explain our repair and gave us options to consider. He was patient with me as I had many questions about the repairs to my garage doors. I was impressed with his attention to detail and courteous service. 😊

    Great customer service from the time the phone call was made to the end of the service! Talk to three different employees who all new exactly what was going on seamlessly. Super excited to receive a professional photo and background of the garage door expert!!! It was great to welcome him in by first name. Christian was Super nice guy and very Professional with home town feeling experience! Due to the A1 office and staff being proud of their team made us excited to welcome him. But then to top it off with fixing the garage door like new!!! Yay! Thanks Christian & A1 office team!

    A1 Garage Service is a great company! Yesterday morning my garage door broke. Not only was it fixed by 5:00 p.m., but the poor repairs made two years ago by another local garage company were also corrected. Jesse Smith, the lead technician, was fantastic to work with. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain in-depth what he fixed and why. He also showed me in detail how to operate the new system. I'll never go anywhere else for my garage needs. This company is perfectly named: they earned an A+ for a job very well done and they're #1 in Arizona!

    Rory was fantastic! Took the time to explain all options and ballpark prices to just get me back up and running with the existing garage door opener vs upgrading the entire system. I chose to go the repair route for now, and Rory was happy to get to work right then and there to replace the busted springs, tighten and lube everything else and get my door functional again. He had all the required spare parts and tools in his truck. Before he left, he reprogrammed my remotes and remote keypad and left my house with a very satisfied customer. I would recommend A1 and Rory to anyone for their garage door needs and will be a returning customer for any future needs I have.

    Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
